first of all that contract you have is not valid as you can see its not signed I have the original one also that picture you have is b4 I personally went to fix it I admit my brother didn't put the drips right...

but then I send one of my friend to re run it and to make shure all plants were getting water and fixed everything ive been going back and forth with this Lady just don't know how to please her ive been back to her house atleast 7 times and taken care of her so I am not avoiding her the errors on the job are fixed so I dnt know what else does she want  can you call me I want to speak with you regarding this Omar's Landscaping

I am rejecting this response because:
I agree there is a signed contract that we both signed.  I just sent the contract to you as he did not complete the job that was tasked to do. He also presented himself as a licensed contractor and provided the attached business card.  Our contract was based on the agreement he was a licensed contractor, and he is violating the law as his license is not valid and he was paid in full for the work on the contract.  Only to find out that he did not meet the outlines of the contract and is misrepresenting his company.
I am including the last text messages regarding the recent landscaping corrections.  He did not change out the water lines for the trees and there are still a handful of plants that do not have a drip line to the plants.  
In addition, the new contrete was not power washed to remove the ash color all over the contrete.  In addition, one of his works stepped on the concrete and left two foot prints that are now permanent.
I have asked for additioanl led lights as well and he did not address this as well.  I do have the additonal emails around this.  But at this point, I want a full refund secondary to him having him falsify his license and failure to do the work that was agreed upon in the contract.  His work is way below industry standard here, and I cant keep spending my time tracking him down.  The plants are buring up in my yard, and I need this fixed right away.

Review: Hi hired this company to redo my entire front yard in plants, new stairs and pour additional concrete on the side of my drive to extend the driveway. I have made attempts to resolve current issues with the vendor with no success:

Place trees in front on there own water line - unresolved

Multiple plants died because proper water lines were not installed at all or did not install properly

Concrete that was poured had too much water added to it, and as a result there is an ash film all over the concrete- I asked that this be cleaned and removed

Lightening - I asked for extra lights for replacement of the stairs. I did not get these. I asked for the name and he would not provide except home depot. The lights are not at home depot and he refuses to replace the lights. If the lights go out, I will have to replace the lights entirelyDesired Settlement: [redacted] can refund my entire purchase or fix the items that have been listed above

I have the receipt the plants, and I paid the vendor cash for the work that needed corrected. I did not get an actual bid for the work that needed to be fixed because of the urgency of the situation of plants dieing. Because of the urgency of getting the water lines fixed I had to have it done quickly. I can ask the vendor to provide a letter indicating the faulty job and work? Regardless, I just want a full refund of the work. He was not licensed and therefore by law can not charge over the amount of 500.00 dollars for work.[redacted]
