Review: I purchased a [redacted] in April 2016 from Omar of Omar's Mobile Service. I spoke with him in May 2016 about the issues I was having with my phone, and was told by Omar to just bring the phone back and he would look at it. I carried the phone back,he looked at the phone, took the SIM card out then put it back in and said there was nothing wrong with it. Omar stated if I had anymore problems to bring the phone back and he would give me a new phone. I have been back several times with the same issue of not being able to make or receive calls. I went back today June 6, 2016 with the same issue. Omar would not give me a refund or a new phone, but instead offered to give me used iPhone 6 with a cracked screen. I refused the cracked phone and he said that was all he could do.Desired Settlement: I would just like to have my money back or a new phone.
