On or about July **, 2016, I leased a Hyundai Sonata from Advantage Hyundai in [redacted] ** When I leased the car from Advantage Hyundai, all four left and right windows were already tinted I was not crazy about this at first since I was not used to it It felt sort of [redacted] At the time, the Sales Person, Ramon J***, tried to charge me extra for the tinted windows but I told him that I did not want them anyway so he did not charge me My daughter was with me at the time and can attest to what transpiredAlthough I leased the car with the tinted windows, I did not order the tinted windows, I settled for them as the car came from the dealership with the tinted windows way When the 3-year-lease was almost up, Ramon J [redacted] , the sales person, was constantly e-mailing and calling me to come in and lease another car He stated that the fees for early termination would be paid by the dealership The dealership did pay the last payment on the Sonata Abou

My vehicle Hyundai Elantra was driven into Advantage Hyundai to be serviced on I had noticed a week prior that there was a sound coming from the right front side of the car when applying the brakes When taking in my car I advised Patrick that my car was making a strange noise when applying the brake and the sound was coming from the right sideIn addition I told him that the prior week while driving the car the check engine light had flashed on but went off immediatelyI advised the check engine light is not on but inquired could it have been a indicator that a fuse needed to be changedPatrick advised me that even though the check engine light was not on they should check it out but there would be a charge to run a diagnosticI advised okay to run the diagnosticI ended up leaving my car in the care of service and returned homeAbout hours later I received a call from Patrick advising that their was a problem with the engine valve that was corroded on my vehic

I leased a Sonata from this dealership and came back at the end of the lease to get a new Hyundai This time I wanted to finance and financed a new Sonata The dealer choose [redacted] for the finance which I questioned since I previously used HMF but the dealer said that was the appropriate one to useSeveral months later I received a bill from HFM which included a disposition fee of $ This came as a total surprise since I had bought a new Hyundai and no one told me of this charge and I had never paid this charge before since I always got a new Hyundai when I returned my old one I called HFM for an explanation and they told me I owe the charge because I didn't use them for the new pur [redacted] and used [redacted] instead I explained to them that the dealer chose the finance company and they suggested I take it up with the dealerI called both Charley (salesperson) and Jon (GM) at Advantage to resolve the issue but they never called me backI also emailed them through there website to

Stay as far away from (ADVANTAGE HYUNDAI) this dealership as you can or at least have a mechanic you trust to check out your new car leased/buyThey sell and lease defective cars as newI found a year and half after leasing what thought was a new SANTA FE when my windshield cracked I found out that the windshield had been repaired already prior to my leasingnever told that at signing so I could make an informed decisionthe replacement that as done was at least incompetent COULD HAVE BEEN CRIMINAL if that windshield had dislodged and injured passengers or the publicThe salesperson was incompetent or lied to me about the condition of the carI was driving a car with a defective windshield that was improperly repaired , the heat element to keep windshield frost free was cut and non functional, the rubber around the windshield was/is torn, the plastic pieces that cover and hold the windshield in are missing, hold brackets were broken when the dealer original repaired itwhen I reported this to the manager at dealer ship I was brushed off and that they wont do anything about the defectssame with Hyundai of America presidentNEVER AGAIN, STARS

I was interested in a used vehicle (Sante FE Sport ) at advantage Hyundai on January **, The sales man, James J***, had told me he could hold the car until Saturday January [redacted] so my fiance could test drive the vehicle., however, I would need to leave $ MrJ [redacted] stated clearly and several times to me If we ended up not taking the vehicle, we would be refunded the $ After horrible buying experience at Advantage Hyundai, we ultimately decided not purchase the vehicle and I was told that evening, the check will be issued tomorrow (it was after 8pm on Saturday by the time this horrible experience was over) I have called times since then since I still have not received my check and I was told each time it was sent I ended up stopping by Advantage Hyundai on March [redacted] to follow up on my check the young girl at the desk called a MrT [redacted] and he stated to her the check was cut on March [redacted] and I should receive it by Tuesday March ** After I left the des
