I am sure there are better HOA companies out there. With less payments, not so petty and really like and do their job.

Geeze, I am sorry to read such sad stories and low score. They are my management company too. I guess the higher ups really do not care. I am not happy with them either so I am not going to give them a good rating. The only reason why they got one is because I cannot submit unless I do so. HOA Su**s.

The business owner named *** *** made me a shipping deal for transporting my car and he quoted me $He made me sign a contract stating a $deposit is to be made and the rest paid when deliveredThe vehicle was supposed to be picked up on a certain day, as agreed in the contract , and delivered a few days laterHowever, this guy is a total scamHe took our deposit money and texted me that my vehicle has not been picked up because the driver "decided he wanted to pick up a different car instead" even though we had a written contractAfter that he stopped answering our calls and texts for the next few days and did not even try to contact usWe have dealt with many shipping companies before this and have not yet had to deal with as horrible customer service and contract dishonesty as this oneHe is a scam and cannot be trustedHis company should be dealt with and should be taken down if need be

Omega Management is by far the most poorly run Management company I have ever dealt withIn particular, ***, lacks any and all customer service skillsI reached out to her in May and it took phone calls, the final to her boss, before I got a responseShe finally called, made a bucket load of promises, and then went back to her daily routine of doing nothing for weeks until I contacted her and it was as though she didn't remember our conversation at allIt took at least two or attempts for her to respond to any email that I have ever sentShe recently approved a neighbor's yard project that she KNEW crossed the property line and now says it's my problemShe waited days to respond to one email, and then only responded after I contacted her againThe problem is not solely hers as her boss and part owner of the company, is well aware of her lack of response and her incompetence, but nothing has changedMy last email to her, and a copy to *** was days ago, and I have heard nothing

This company sucks! They don't even follow their own bylaws , but when it is time to pay dues they become very convenient.

Omega completely ignores homeowner's.We purchases a home 6 months ago that is located in a planned neighborhood where the HOA is managed by Omega. We contacted them prior to moving in to get approval for building a fence. From the beginning we had issues getting a hold of anyone. We called their offices, emailed, and even used their online "contact us" forms. Every single time we were ignored. We finally had to get a hold of a manager, and all she did was force the lady over our HOA to actually contact us. Which all she did was email. It has been this way the entire time we have lived here. Shortly after moving in we received a noticed indicating we needed to move our trash cans, so I reached out to them to find out what the exact rules for this were. At first I was told to read the website, which after doing I was more confused than before. The documents on the website are difficult to find, they are not labelled clearly, and several seem to be similar but with conflicting information. I reached out to Omega to help clarify this, and after 3 weeks of constantly trying to get in touch with them all I could get was a response from the secretary that answered the phone stating "they cant be seen from the road". Problem is there are no homes behind ours, so does this mean they can't be seen from the road in front of or behind or both? The secretary once again told me to ask the person over our neighborhood. I ALREADY HAVE!!!!!For months we have hid our trashcans inside our garage (which honestly makes it smell horrible) until we can get ANYONE from Omega to answer us, but we constantly see other homes with their trashcans right outside their garages. These are clearly visible "from the road", so what makes them different than ours???My wife used Omega's "contact us" form on their website on August 27th, and out of frustration from being ignored I called their office yesterday (September 8th). I spoke with what I can assume is the secretary again. I was once again told "the people over your property are in a meeting". BIG SURPRISE THERE...i've only heard that about a dozen times over the past six months. This same lady promised that she would hand delivery notices to the two ladies over our HOA and would guarantee that I would hear from someone by the end of the following day. Here it is at 8:28PM, and I have not heard from ANYONE. I gave my home phone, cell phone, and email. No contact made on ANY of those.I really want to know why Omega seems to be partial to certain people when enforcing rules, and only seems to enforce ANYTHING when it suits them.Desired SettlementI actually want to be able to speak to someone in regards to our issues without having chase people down for months on end.I would LOVE to have a different person assigned to our neighborhood. Maybe someone who actually cares about the people they are supposed to represent and take care of.We get charged a lot of money to be members of this HOA, and it would be wonderful to feel like that money went to good use.At this point in time it feels like Omega is just here to horde money and be a bully to those they don't like.Business Response I followed up with the homeowner to discuss his concerns. I was able to explain processes and reassured the homeowner that we are in the community often and check on all reported concerns, as well as common areas and properties, to ensure compliance. All concerns have been addressed to the customers satisfaction. Consumer Response The representative from Omega called me immediately once they received the Revdex.com notice. We have spoken several times since, and the line of communication has been very open and clear. Very happy with the response I have received.

OMEGA ONE MANAGEMENT This company Omega Management has an online system set up for "ease and convenience" to pay HOA dues for [redacted] This system is not perfect and I'm reuqesting this company to review it and refund my processing fee in amount of $21 on Feb 10, 2014. It forces CC payments to go through without going through finalize or authorize or proceed button. If you backtrack and do NOT want to authorize payment, even if you click back or cancel, it FORCED payment to go through on Monday Feb 10, 2014. This happened as I was on phone with THEIR rep [redacted] coaching me through it and I said I don't want to pay by CC and she said just cancel out of it and won't charge you. WHat is point of having talked to her? What is the point of forcing a CC payment to go through? When I requested they write off or reverse this transaction they said we won't do it. This online payment system has been operational for only one year - this is a huge PROBLEM in the system and they refuse to take responsibility and do right thing and refund my processing fee. I urge you to make them give me back my processing fee because I did not choose to process this payment. They don't care because they have no incentive to please homeowners. Most unethical and unacceptable management by a HOA company - I'm hiring them to manage my home owner community and they couldn't care less about how their system is set up and if an error occcurs, they won't refund you. OMEGA MANAGEMENT = [redacted] MANAGEMENT. No care or regard. Homeowners are at mercy of this poorly managed company which is just wrong - we are the ones hiring them to manage us not to give us a hard time about using their online payment system. I am requesting they refund my $21 for a processing fee for my HOA dues transaction which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I got no confirmation email nothing. It was a poor system that forced a payment to go through and they are refusing to refund my processing fee of $21. Unfair and unjust. Desired Settlement$21 Business Response Ms. [redacted] - My name is [redacted] and I am one of the owners of the Omega Association Management. I would like to start out by saying that I am very sorry about what happened. The credit card processing fee is charged by a third party company. Their system of charging the consumer a 3.25% fee works totally independent of ours. As stated to you on the phone, we requested that they refund that money do to the specific situation that occurred. They were unwilling to do so. You see, the processing company is the one with your $21, not our company, nor your HOA. I am willing to fight on your behalf for them to refund your money. If they still are unwilling to do so, then as an owner I will write you a personal check from my business account in the amount of $21. Can you please remove the negative comments about our company from this posting? Final Consumer Response Mr [redacted]:Thank you for refunding my fee of $21. I now withdraw all claims I made, and as well as any negative comments made previously about Omega Management, effective immediately. (I don't see any option of deleting the claim entirely). Thanks for your assistance in this matter. Sincerely,[redacted]

Omega Management is by far the most poorly run Management company I have ever dealt with. In particular, [redacted], lacks any and all customer service skills. I reached out to her in May and it took 6 phone calls, the final to her boss, before I got a response. She finally called, made a bucket load of promises, and then went back to her daily routine of doing nothing for weeks until I contacted her and it was as though she didn't remember our conversation at all. It took at least two or 3 attempts for her to respond to any email that I have ever sent. She recently approved a neighbor's yard project that she KNEW crossed the property line and now says it's my problem. She waited 18 days to respond to one email, and then only responded after I contacted her again. The problem is not solely hers as her boss and part owner of the company, is well aware of her lack of response and her incompetence, but nothing has changed. My last email to her, and a copy to [redacted] was 7 days ago, and I have heard nothing.","neg-1

I have improper drainage outside of my townhome that the HOA will not fix. It has resulted in mold and foundational issues under my townhome.I have been contacting Omega Association Management, Inc. since last year in regards to a very serious drainage issue I have at my home - outside of home. Since it is outside of my home and is a result of the poor grading, this falls in line with Omega Association Management's responsibility. Since July of last year, 2013, I have sent Omega Association Management, Inc. over 6 emails and have no heard back from anyone. I have also sent photos showing the drainage damage and have also met with the Town of [redacted] and sent their findings of severity. The drainage has seeped into the earth which has caused high levels of condensation in my crawl space which resulted in mold. The poor drainage will also cause grave foundational issues to my townhome which will have significant consequences in the long-term future.I pay monthly to my HOA and since this is outside of my home, this is under their obligation to repair. Also, they are obligated to respond to my emails or phone calls - which they are also not doing.I have reached out to [redacted] and [redacted] on at least 10 different occasions last year with no response back. This is not only a customer service issue, but a serious health issue as my neighbors son was sick as a result of mold. Also, I feel that since I am a single women am I being discriminated against as well. I do not feel that they would ignore a man as they have ignored me.Thank you for the help!Desired SettlementFull repair to the area in which is effected and causing damage.Business Response Ms. [redacted]- Let me start out by saying that I believe there is a misunderstanding here. Our company, Omega Association Management, Inc. has been retained by the Board of Directors for your community to handle the day to day business affairs for the [redacted] HOA. We (Omega) do not hold any decision making ability to address a concern of this nature. This issue was brought to the attention of your Board of Directors last year when it was first brought to our attention. The board has discussed this and voted to not make any repairs to this area, but a solution was passed along to you last year by Community Manager, [redacted] I would suggest that you contact Mr. [redacted] at our office and request to be placed on the next Board meeting agenda so that you can discuss this specific issue directly with your Board of Directors. Again, Omega Association Management does not make these types of decisions on behalf of the Board of Directors.Regards, [redacted]Vice PresidentOmega Association Management, Inc. Final Consumer Response [redacted],In regards to contacting your office; I have contacted both of you directly and also [redacted] directly on at a minimum of 10 times since last July with no response. Therefore, your point of contacting your company seems to be a mute point where as I have done so for over six months without being contacted one in return. I very much so understand your position within our community however; you cannot properly represent my needs if you are not properly corresponding with me. Since last year I was never given an opportunity to present my case nor was my case adequately and professionally represented by your organization. How can you properly understand and represent my needs when you can't do the simplest of things such as replying to my emails? I was never made aware that this was presented to the board nor am I aware of what was presented. Your company has handled this very poorly as I could have been contacted at any point as I have made numerous attempts at contacting your office.

I got charged due to Omega Association failed to delivery service noticeIn Feb 2015, I got the first notice for Termite Inspection of my property which was managed by Omega Association. It said the inspection will happen on a date, if weather permit. On that day, we got big sonw/freezing rain, so no inspection could happen.Since then, me and the families have been waiting for the 2nd notice for the inspection date, but none of us got the letter. I am the only one who collect mails from the mailbox (only 1 mailbox key).In the week of March 11, I got a letter from Omega, called Final Notice, said I missed the Inspection date of Mar. 05, 2015, and I need to contact the a company directly for the inspection, and I need pay $25.I was surprised by this letter, since I have no idea at all that there was an inspection on Mar. 05. I got absolutely no notice at all for that date. Otherwise, my families, and my neighbors in the community are all available to help me get the door open.So I called in, but the manager said he can not waive the charge, and I SHOULD get the letter, since others got. And he also said, you got the 1st letter and final notice letter, just not the 2nd letter? From his tone, I am feeling he thought I was lying. I was offended by that.If I forgot the date, it was my fault, I would say nothing but paying the fee.But it is not my fault, how can I "predict" the inspection team would come, if I got no notice in advance at all? And what a service attitude for talking to your customer who pays your salary with a disbelieving tone? All in all, I am very unpleasant with the service.Desired Settlementapologize for their service attitudeRefund the inspection fee Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted], Asst. MgrContact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]The final inspection notice date was March 3, 2015. A total of 3 notices were mailed to all residents prior to each inspection date. The notice clearly stated that if owners needed to make an appointment due to scheduling conflicts, they should contact the vendor directly. The termite inspection is done on an annual basis and is announced to the entire community prior to taking place. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the $25.00 fee because the owner did not do his due diligence to have his unit inspected. Consumer Response No in the house received the 2nd notice. Only the 1st notice was received, and that schedule was cancelled due to the bad weather. How can we know the schedule without the 2nd or 3rd notice?
