These guys took care of me at E Chilton Chandler Az a couple of years ago, and I had nothing but great things to sayI went back the other day and someone else had taken over, and they STILL honored my warranty and totally took care of me as a return customerI couldn't believe it! You just don't get customer service like that anymoreI mean they are seriously awesomeFriendly, Happy, Good looking people!

for.  Omega Auto Glass does not and has never permitted any fraudulent, illegal or unethical practices.  We will nevertheless check to be sure that if any phone number for this person is in any database, that we will remove the phone number immediately and place on a DO NOT CALL List.  Due to the volume of businesses in the auto glass repair and replacement industry, on occasion we receive inquiries from individuals who are under the impression that Omega Auto Glass has contacted them.  In any case we apologize for any inconvenience.  Please feel free to contact me at your convenience should additional discussions be required.  Best Regards....  [redacted] (Office:  ###-###-####)

This place is ridiculous. Several years ago we had a windshield replaced and was supposed to be given one of those incentive checks. Despite several requests...never received. Despite mentioning every 6 months when they call, never received. Today they hung up on me after they called me. I called them back, and was again hung up on when I asked about what company they worked for and whom I was speaking with. Fortunately, my first attempt went to voicemail and there was a recording. Bad form [redacted] of 'The Auto Glass Shop' of 'Omega Auto Glass".

We responded to this complaint however when we went  "proceed", a bunch of text popped up & we were not able to print out a copy, nor were  we able to re-enter our response, so we are not sure if our respono wos received or not.  I also left Revdex.com  a phone message. As...

such, the following is our response:

We confirm the customer’s  sales order installation was completed in a satisfactory manner. f\ few day later, the customer, [redacted], called in to  report  damage to  her  newly  installed glass. We immediately set up a warranty inspection to confirm the extent and cause of damage. The installer confirmed the damage, a large crack, was created by a rock hitting the glass, as the customer had also informed us. There were no glass defects or workmanship issues reported.

As we explained to the customer, since the damage was caused by a rock hitting the glass, unfortunately this constitutes new damage and is not  part of our warranty.   Our warranty  covers glass defects, workmanship, and chip repairs, if the chip repair Is repairable. The warranty is on the customers order copy.  While we understand the frustration of the customer• due to  the new damage to her Recently installed glass, while It does not happen frequently, it is not unheard of for a newly installed glass being damaged shortly after a  new glass installation.  Rock damage is a major cause of glass damage.

The customer appeared to be convinced that we should provide her a free glass installation, regardless of what caused the new glass damage or what the warranty reflects and told us she would contact the Revdex.com & [redacted] and abruptly hung Up. Since we did not get a chance to discuss further, we did not get to a point to discuss  a reduced price offer for a new sales order.  Since we are a professional company and value our customers, we offer to provide a reduced price for a new order of $150.00 (from the initial price of $215.00) payable by credit card at the time of the new order placement in cash  prior to the start of new installation. A reasonable two (2) week period of time for the customer to respond is provided.  We hope [redacted] understands our willingness to work with her in a fair, positive, and good faith manner and await her response.

These guys took care of me at 135 E Chilton Chandler Az 85225 a couple of years ago, and I had nothing but great things to say.
