Not having heard back from business to date, called Omega Carros to get business response
Spoke to ScottHe says the vehicle was purchased "as is" under MN Used Car Warranty Law, but that the dealer attempted to work with the customer on a
good will basis by participating in the repair process
Scott indicates that when Ms *** first reported issues with the Suburban, it paid for some repairs on a good will basisWhen vehicle issues continued and necessitated a third repair visit, he says he proposed that Ms *** and Omega Carros split the cost of additional repairs
He says Ms *** had fallen behind on scheduled payments at this point, and was unwilling / unable to split the cost of further repairs
Scott says he believes Ms *** is no longer in possession of the SuburbanBut he says Omega Carros feels it did as much as it could by putting a "significant amount" into vehicle repairs on an "as is" purchase, and that it will not be able to offer further assistance at this time

I do not accept the response because like I stated before the vehicle broke down within the first week of me having it while constantly asking about another vehicle Scott insisted on fixing the suburban.I am going to go see about getting my phone records from my carrier because I have text messages that shows.I wasn't behind on any payments, which was due on the of each month.I dropped the vehicle off at the shop on Friday November 13,before going out of town, as I was doing what Scott directed me to do.So which means that the was on a Sunday, I was expecting for my vehicle to be ready when I came back on Monday as told to me knowing that works for me due to I get paid every Monday so I was thinking my car would be ready and I would pay my $noteAfter calling and texting Scott and getting no response, I call Red the mechanic, who was fixing the vehicle and he said to me that the vehicle was going to be ready by Friday November 20,When I call him back on Friday he says that the vehicle still haven't been fixed and he was waiting on another guy to come in and repair the vehicle and that he been waiting on him all week, and that Scott will call me when the vehicle was readyI'm knowing that Scott isn't going to call and that he(Red) probably was getting upset that I was steady calling him not knowing that Scott has a lack of communication.I called Scott and got no answer .Finally he calls my dad and tells him that I have to pay half for the truck repairsI text him and told him that I wasn't going to pay half of anything because its been a constant transmission problem but told me that they rebuilt it when I first test drove the vehicle.He was talking to my dad as if it was his vehicle or he signed the papers to the vehicle.I'm just tired of the whole thing its very frustrating paying $a week for cab fares back and forth to workThen I can't do anything really with my kids because we have to take a cab everywhereI have to deal with them asking mommy when are you going to get your car back
