We are very sorry that our customer was not satisfied with everything
Receipts for both payments were emailed to him, and were posted on his credit card statement
The event was on a SaturdayWe had a delivery trailer breakdown and notified
customer that we wouldn't be able to deliver/set up until Friday at 7amCustomer asked if they could pick up the items and then have us set up on Thursday eveningI said "sure" and everything was set up Thursday eveningWe did try to load a sledge hammer, and ladder but the customers Step-Dad said he had one of each at his house and not to load them
The tent was clean when delivered and set up by our tent crewThere was a major storm on Friday night with 40+ MPH winds/rain
The customers Father did prank-call us several times
The customer has a copy of the invoiceThe credit that is owed to him after all the last minute additions is $Picking up the items was the customers choice

On the most recent invoice we are still being charged for deliveryRegardless if it was 'our choice' to pick up the items since Omega couldn't deliver on the day we agreed upon, it was not deliveredWe picked everything up and trailered everything ourselvesTherefore we should not be charged for deliveryWe were also told we would not be charged for the beverage dispensersSo the delivery charge of $and the beverage dispenser charge of $is still owed to us

I'm not sure what scam *** and his Step-Dad are trying to run, but they received $back on their credit card days ago for the disputed "overcharge", and then are claiming on August 4th that they are still owed it
This customer will be charged for damaging the sections of dance floor with white over-spray paint and heavy scratches on themEach section is $to replaceThe total is $extra + sales tax

I submitted a dispute with my credit card company weeks ago since I was overcharged by Omega and they were ignoring my phone calls (and emails), attempting to keep my moneyI finally received the $after they reviewed the case
As far as Omega's most recent claim of "damages" and "additional charges", I find it quite amusing since they never made this claim until AFTER Omega had knowledge the credit card company reversed the charges

I verified with my credit card company that my account DID receive a $credit
from Omega Event Services on Jan It is unfortunate it took two months to receive the credit, however, I have no further complaint
