At this point, in accordance with our one year guarantee for freshness and taste, we would like to offer Mr*** an exchange on his remaining product, If Mr*** would like, he can indeed exchange, and we will honor the exchange for any of the products that we currently have in stock
In order to move forward with this, if it would be more convenient, Mr*** can contact our corporate offices at ###-###-####, and speak to our customer service representative, or to our corporate manager

Our records indicate that Mr. [redacted] product was picked up on September 21st 2015, and a refund in full was issued and processed on September 22, 2015.If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Review: Great Sales pitch for meat on a truck. All was guarenteed to be good for price. I tryied steaks & they were too tough to feed a pet! We gave benefit as mabe bad cut! Also tryied salmon - no good. Not fresh or close! I did not get a receipt & didn't think because of such a great sales pitch. These were a bad example for honest people trying to get by!Desired Settlement: If I was their boss, I would fire them for false represention or put them on notice. They acted like family sold me lies! I request a full refund. Hope the boss is more honest (cheque made out) call me.

Review: Brought &150.00 worth of meat & you have 3 days to return it I called the same day they gave me the run around someone suppose to came by Saturday 9/11/2015 from 1-3 p.m. no one showed up I waited for nothing [redacted] was the person who sold the meat [redacted] a woman in customer service didn't even call me back Thursday on 9/10/2015 basically I've got messed out of $150.00 my name is [redacted] contact info [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want my money back I clearly canceled transaction well within three days
