sent from Steve S[redacted], however he informed us that we are responsible for the shipping.  Given the fact the wrong orders were received, some orders were never received, and other orders were late we should not be responsible to pay any shipping costs.

Review: I ordered two items (bakers rack and matching wooden cutting board) almost one year ago. I have been in contact with the company nearly every month since I purchased these items. I have sent over a dozen emails. I have asked for my money to be returned. I have not heard back from the company.Desired Settlement: Refund.

Review: Item was paid for on 7-**-15. I have repeatedly emailed them asking for a tracking number. I have received numerous excuses for why I have not been sent one. They could not even tell me when it would arrive. I emailed them again today, 7-**-15, and still did not get a tracking number. Where is my item??? I paid a very high shipping charge expecting good service. As of 7-**-15 it has still NOT BEEN SHIPPED.Desired Settlement: Refund of shipping charge

This was delivered and tracking was sent. I even called her 3 times. I will discount 50 percent of the freight. The actual freight cost for this was over 78 dollars.She was charged 51.70

I ordered a large set of wire shelving from Omega Products. They shipped in a timely manner and arrived in perfect condition. There were some components that were missing from the initial order but after contacting Omega they were shipped out priority to me.

Review: I ordered two 24" garment rods with vertical mounting brackets that attach to the ends of the rods on 7/**, which according to the picture on the website from which I ordered would be the exact size I would need for my purposes. My order wasn't even processed until I contacted them to complain on 7/**, they were shipped on 7/**.

I received the first rod on 7/**. While the rod itself was 24", the 2 included brackets were angled gravity supports (the rod rests on the lower end of the V-shaped bracket with no attachment at all). I contacted them that day regarding the incomplete and incorrect shipment. A couple days later, I received the second rod with only 1 of the incorrect brackets along with assorted unrelated detritus.

I made another attempt to get this rectified on 8/** and received no reply.

I made a final attempt to contact them on 9/**, they indicated on 9/** it would be addressed, but not when or how.Desired Settlement: I simply want what I originally ordered.

The rods and brackets I received are completely unusable for my purposes. Even if they did fit to the shelves, there is nothing to keep the rods from sliding horizontally out of the supports.
