Horrible experience with my juicer. Purchased the new nc800hds and it broke just after a year. It has a 15 year warranty so I contacted them and they told me the parts are out of stock. Its been over a month and still no parts. What's worse is that they will not allow my review to be posted on their website. Its not right that they want to hide the truth from other customers. Won't buy from them again.

Dear [redacted],The customer [redacted] was contacted via email on Sunday April 5th, 2015 and also Sunday April 5th, ,2015 from Mr. L[redacted] in regards to assisting [redacted] with his juicer. Mr. L[redacted] had let [redacted] know he needed to contact our office in regards to sending his...

juicer back for repair. We do not have record of [redacted] contacting our office via telephone. I Lisa L[redacted] had contacted [redacted] on Wednesday April 22, 2015 and again today Friday April 24, 2015 via telephone in reference to the daytime telephone number that was enclosed in the letter that you sent to our office and on both occasions I have left a voice mail and currently [redacted] has not contacted me back to solve the issue he is having with his juicer. If there is any additional information you may need please let me know.Sincerely,

Review: I purchased an Omega 8006 juicer from [redacted]. The juicer is hardly a few months old. It carries a warranty of 15 years.

One of the part called "Juicing screen" broke. I contacted the company and I was told to email the picture of the broken part. I emailed it to them. I did not hear back from them hence called and left a few voice mails. Despite all my effort to get warranty and get the part replaced, I have failed and now the juicer is completely unusable.

There are many people who have complained about this problem on [redacted] reviews.

This company is cheating their customers by not honoring the warranty. This part is also not available separately. A $300 juicer is becoming useless without that particular part.Desired Settlement: I expect the company to honor the warranty and replace the part promtly.

Review: I purchased a juicer on www.omegajuicers.com. After using the juicer minimally for about six weeks, it started running very loudly, hot, and started smelling like it was on fire. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue with Omega, including multiple phone calls and messages as well as written requests through their website. My machine is still under warranty and has not been misused.Desired Settlement: I would be happy if Omega would finally contact me and accept a return for a full refund with paid shipping back to the company. I have already had to purchase another juicer from another company due to this inconvenience.

Review: I ordered a product over the phone on 28/Feb/2014, when I recieved my product in April 11th I had to return it because they mailed me the wrong one, it was a 220 volt. I mailed it back to recieve a refund, and it was delivered on the 8th of May. I have emailed the customer service center but havnt had any responses from them at all, so I contacted the sells represenative ( [redacted]) who I prurchased the item from over the phone, and she contacted me that I would recieve a refund on the 19th of May, it has alraedy been over 11 days in going with no refund yet. Plus the company offer free shippiing within the United States using USPS, but since it was mailed to an APO I had to pay for shippingusing the same type of mail, plus I had to pay for shipping back for a total of $70. If your using the same shipping company that is the same for an APO address , Why should I pay for shipping? I highly recommend anybody to avoid this product/company especailly the miliatry community because they are not Military friendly.

Review: I bought an omega juicer in April. They are advertised as having a very long warranty. The basket of the juicer is bent and collecting food at the seem, making it impossible to clean. I e-mailed them three times through the "contact us" section of their web page and left two voice mails at the phone number on their web page. I originally only wanted the warranty honored, but am now worried about having to deal with this company any longer should any other parts break and would not mind a full return as a resolution. We have given them at least two months and five attempts to contact them prior to filling this. My last voice mail indicated that this would be my next step.Desired Settlement: Return of product

Hi [redacted].

I'm very sorry about the lack of response you’ve received and any inconvenience this may have caused you. I will make sure you receive the replacement part ASAP!

In order to get a damaged part replaced under warranty, I will just need a photo of the broken part and name/shipping address attached to this email.

Thank you and have a great day!!

Review: I purchased Feb 17th an Omega 8006 appliance that comes with a 15 year warranty - serial #[redacted] - I have made numerous attempts in the last two weeks to reach Omega via their customer service phone lines [redacted] and [redacted]. The automated system cycles your call through and by default directs you to their automated voice mail stating that "they will promptly" return your call. I have sent two emails to [redacted] requesting their contact regarding my request. Last, with all prior attempts unsuccessful, I sent them a fax 4/15/2013 - [redacted] - with detailed information noted as being required by their website [redacted] (I do have that the fax went through successfully). I am requesting warranty replacement of the Omega 8006 juicing screen that has cracked and prevents the appliance from operating properly.Desired Settlement: I want replacement of the juicing screen for the Omega 8006 shipped next day service.

Review: Unfortunately I ordered an Omega juicer straight from the company instead of purchasing from an outside retailer. I ordered the juicer, and the following day I wanted to cancel my order. I called numerous times and left messages and email with no response from Omega. I received the juicer, and now I would like to return it, but I read that I need an authorization number before I can return within 14 days. I am continuing to write emails and call, but I can not get a hold of anyone.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND!!
