Dear Revdex.com,     This customer sent back SOME but not ALL of the parts in which he wants
a refund for. When we discussed this with this customer, he said that he would
send the remainder. He says that he sent the second package back to us...

but 
would not provide a tracking # as we have not received
said package. 
     The engine that this customer received was complete.  We only guarantee
long block assembly as was explained to this customer.  This customer read
and signed our policy information explaining this.

There was no one misleading anyone here.  Perhaps the customer misunderstood.  These parts are never included and our sales people know this very well.  We deal with hundreds of customers per week and
even offer our policy in writing to be read and signed.  This is the first we heard anything about wood in the dip stick tube.  This customer is not due any other parts.  Again see the policy and his signature.

have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  On 3/11/15 they were contacted and informed of the situation. On 3/23 /15 she told me that a replacement engine would be shipped out on 3/26/15. This was obviously a lie. She still has not returned any of our calls. One to two weeks I can understand but it has almost been a month now and still no idea of when we will receive a replacement engine. I do not feel this is being handled in a timely manor.  They have other engines listed for sale so why they have not sent me one I can't understand. How long is my customer going to be without their vehicle? I really want to know an exact date I will be receiving an engine. I feel they had no plans of making this right until I contacted the Revdex.com and even now im still not so sure.

The replacement part arrived days after we were  told we would not be given a...

replacement, therefore we purchased the part from a different provider and no longer have the need for the part.  We can send the replacement part back to them after a full refund is issued. also the starter motor that was purchased along with the ABS Module was faulty as well (motor works but bendix does not engage the transmission flywheel) so we will be returning that to the seller as well.

This customer, as he clearly stated, purchased the transmission back in September 2014 and called with his 
complaint March 30,2015-6 months later.  This transmission is clearly out of the 90 day warranty.  As...
