As a business owner, it reflects your reputation the same way as a consumer! Avoid at all cost and if he buys anything from you on eBay or anywhere else, make sure to take clear photos of your item in every angleThis guy took the factory warranty sticker out of the camera I sold him and put it into the broken camera that he ownsLittle did he know, our photos was clearly pictured that the camera I sold him had a lens of 4mm and the camera he sent back had a lens of 6mmThe tampered serial number sticker was so obvious alsoI have undeniable proof/evidence regarding this complaint with this companyI have videos and photos of the item in question
