I got a system installedI have been having problems with the system and every time I call or go up there they were to busy to check out my systemI finally got a hold of the owner and he explained there is nothing he can do because his which is who installed my system no longer works there and I could go to the shop where he is currently workingI explained to him that it is t right to go there be jade this is where my system was installedEven with my receipt he refused to check out my system, was very rude and unprofessionalHe explained how he didn't like dealing with people of my color and I find it very messed up that nothing was done about my systemI was given information about my warranty and he didn't try to help at all, wanted to send me to another shop that did t even install my system
