A 20% off coupon was advertised at the [redacted] tennis tournament held in Durham. I tried to buy a tennis racket today but the coupon was not honored.My son participated at the [redacted] tennis tournament today and was told of a 20% off coupon of ALL items from Omega Sports store at Renaissance parkway in Durham for participants of this tournament. We went to the store today (7/26) and tried to use the coupon to purchase a Babolat Pure drive tennis racket. We were told by the store manager that the coupon cannot be applied to the tennis racket we wanted to purchase. The coupon mentions 20% off ALL items and does not mention any exclusions. This coupon can be found at [redacted] I can also e-mail a copy of the coupon if needed.By not honoring this coupon I believe that Omega Sports is practicing misleading and unethical business practices. I am writing to request that Omega sports be asked to honor its coupon.Desired SettlementOmega sports should be asked to honor its coupon and I should be given 20% off on the Babolat pure drive tennis racket I intend to purchase.Business Response Our customer has been contacted and this issue has come to a successful resolution. In our industry some products cannot be discounted; and it was our fault that this product was not listed on the coupon. Measures have been taken so this does not happen again.
