Omega was not aware of any issues with Mr *** roofHe has never contacted Omega since his roof was installed. In Mr *** contract is call for an additional charge to replace any damage damage found under the existing shinglesMr *** was not charged any additional funds . If

Omega is in receipt of this complaint, there never was an installation date of 11/That is why when they called into the office and she spoke to *** she was told this, they were scheduled for the following Wed for the first time on the 19thThe contract clearly states work to begin in
days and completion within daysAs to the contract, *** did use an old contract with our old address, the company has grown and moved into a larger locationThey were told this, but by no way was there any kind of scamming going on, as we answered all of their calls and contacted themThe Installation is now scheduled for Sat 11/as Mr is off that dayThat date is clearly earlier then then contracted start dateWe have even agreed to blow insulation in extra walls as an apology for the communication error.Omega will consider this complaint to resolved and closed.If I can be of futher assistance please do not hesitate to contact me directly*** ***Omega Energys###-###-#### office***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and yes *** did set up a meeting with us. The repairs still have to be made but will now have to wait until the weather permits them. If they were made back when originally scheculed they could have been.

Omega is fully aware of this complaint and the owner is meeting with the customer on Thursday the 22nd at PMOmega honors the warranty and any service work that needs to be completed will be taken care of in a timely manor.The customer was credit a large amount for the hole in the ceiling and the
company has talked to the customer numerous times and always takes the phone calls or calls back right away.Thank You *** ***

Omega has gone above and beyond for this customer, has done thousands of dollars in additional work for no charge. I am rejecting this response because:The company has not talked to me or my husband numerous times as stated.  The last time we talked to [redacted] was 5 Jan 15 when we paid him.  [redacted] and [redacted] were supposed to come out to our house Monday 12 Jan 15 at 4:30.  They still hadn't showed or called so we called them and [redacted] called back to say they weren't coming.  That was the last time we heard from them.  The had said someone was supposed to be there 13 Jan to finish what wasn't completed or fix, no one showed.  My husband had to fix where the roofers had the drip edge in the back going behind the gutter because it was coming into our porch on Sunday.  They never return phone calls, show up when they are supposed to or let you know if they aren't showing up.  No one has contacted us about setting up a meeting for Thursday 22nd at 5pm.
Yes they did give us a credit for the hole in the ceiling but it was more than the hole.  It continued to rain in the house because they didn't have an additional tarp, they had to go and get one.  This caused the water to leak in our laundry room and bathroon ceiling which caused more damage.  It also worked it's way down the walls, in one area causing the wallpaper to bubble.  I have sent them the video we took of the water coming in the hole.  It is not just the damage, it will be the inconvience of repairing and clean up.  I have a mild case of asthma so when sanding it really acts up.
