Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The company has not talked to me or my husband numerous times as stated The last time we talked to [redacted] was Jan when we paid him [redacted] and [redacted] were supposed to come out to our house Monday Jan at 4: They still hadn't showed or called so we called them and [redacted] called back to say they weren't coming That was the last time we heard from them The had said someone was supposed to be there Jan to finish what wasn't completed or fix, no one showed My husband had to fix where the roofers had the drip edge in the back going behind the gutter because it was coming into our porch on Sunday They never return phone calls, show up when they are supposed to or let you know if they aren't showing up No one has contacted us about setting up a meeting for Thursday 22nd at 5pm Yes they did give us a credit for the hole in the ceiling but it was more than the hole It continued to rain in the house because they didn't have an additional tarp, they had to go and get one This caused the water to leak in our laundry room and bathroon ceiling which caused more damage It also worked it's way down the walls, in one area causing the wallpaper to bubble I have sent them the video we took of the water coming in the hole It is not just the damage, it will be the inconvience of repairing and clean up I have a mild case of asthma so when sanding it really acts up Regards, [redacted] ***
