Review: I am a self-employed store owner in [redacted].Back in January 2013, [redacted] from Omega Card Service visited my store and told me that once I am done with the contract with my current card service on July 4th, I should start a contract with their service. He asked me to a sign a blank contract and promised that he will send me a full contract with all the information the following day. Since we have a small Korean community that help one another, signing a blank contract was common. However, I never received the contract and [redacted] came to the store in Feb and tried to install the machine. As I explained it to him before, I told him once again that I will not use Omega card service and the machine will not be installed until my current contract is over in July. He said he understands and left the machine at my store. On Feb 5, he charged $24.95 from my bank account as a monthly fee. I called and complained about the charge. On Feb 11, [redacted] came and told me that I will need to sign a blank cancellation paper in order to get my money back. On Feb 26th and 28th, I was charged with $350 and $190 from my bank account once again. I have made numerous phone calls to see the papers but my request have been ignored. I was told if I start a new contract starting on July 5th, I will have my money back. Once I agreed, the manager of the company, **. [redacted] installed the machine and left without giving me a contract. I was given a partial contract through a fax so I told them that I will not use the service until I see the full contract and get all my money back as I was promised. However, I was once again charged with $59.45 as a June month fee which is twice the Feb fee. I was told that it was a mistake and the money will be refunded but that never happened.I have heard that others have been scammed by Omega Card Service with similar cases. They have been taking advantage of people who cannot speak English. I am hoping to be able to get all my money back with an apology.Thank youDesired Settlement: I am hoping to be able to get all my money back for the service that I never signed up for nor received. I would like to receive apology for the injustice they committed along with economic and emotional damage they have caused me and my family.I hope this will not happen again to the others.

**. [redacted] made a contract with our agents on 1/2013 to start processing for his company. As a result, Omega Card Services charged **. [redacted] $24.95 the basic monthly + terminal fee in February. For reasons known only to **. [redacted], he then ended the agreement between us on February 11 and was then charged $350 for an early termination fee and $190 for Equipment Refurbishing and Handling. A few months later in June, **. [redacted] wanted to reopen his Omega account and spoke to the manager about reimbursing all the money that was charged to **. [redacted]. The manager and **. [redacted] spoke, and finally agreed on reimbursing the $350 to **. [redacted]. We sent reimbursement forms to **. [redacted] for him to sign, for record purposes, however **. [redacted] has not signed these forms and returned them to us. As a result, we cannot reimburse **. [redacted] the money until he signs the forms. The $54 charge in June is the minimum monthly fee and the basic processing fee. **. [redacted] has also threatened to cancel his account with us, and Omega has requested the return of its equipment. Until the equipment is returned, **. [redacted] will continue to be charged.

**. [redacted] contacted the law offices of [redacted], Attorney at Law, [redacted] and requested legal advice. **. [redacted] requested the documents on March 14, 2013, relating to this matter and so we sent them. After reviewing the documents in question, **. [redacted] found that oiir billing practices were according to the contract that **. [redacted] had signed. **. [redacted] did not contact us further, so we assumed that the matter was done with.

**. [redacted] has no basis for claiming that Omega Card Services has been “scamming... and taking advantage of people who cannot speak English.” We request for **. [redacted] to withdraw these claims, or Omega Card Services will sue for libel and theft by extortion according to the laws of Pennsylvania.

In addition, we request that **. [redacted] utilize the services of a lawyer or representative when communicating with Omega Card Services, as his previous emails have been abrasive towards the staff.

Review: In have given my Termination Service Notice to Omega sales representative [redacted] on May 15th, and returned credit card machine to him on May 23rd. I have document signed by [redacted] approved that he did received both of them. (Please see attached photo).When I cancelled my service, [redacted] has promised me that there was no early termination fee,etc. But Omega charged my account monthly fee started in Jun,2013. The total charged monthly fee from Jun to Oct is $196.75. I have called and emailed Omega to explain me the charges, **.[redacted] who worked in Omega said that they never received cancellation notice and they didn't received the credit card machine either.And they also going to charge me early termination fee $495, refuse to close my account because they get the machine back. And also charge me monthly fee till they have the machine back. **.[redacted] told me that [redacted] was no longer work for Omega during our phone conversation on Oct 14th . But I have met [redacted] in his office in [redacted], Ga on Oct 12th.His office still has Omega Logo on it. (Please the photo I took on Oct 12th).Nobody in Omega has ever noticed me that [redacted] was no longer work for them before I cancelled my service. I have no idea what' s going on between [redacted] and Omega, [redacted] is sales representative of Omega, what he did is represent Omega, they can't shirk their responsibility.Desired Settlement: 1. Refund me charged monthly fee from Jun to Oct, $196.75.

2. Wave ETF $495.00.

3. Close my account.

My current merchant service need 60 days notice to terminate the service,otherwise there will be a penalty. So I will switch my merchant service back to Omega on February 3rd,2014. Before Feb 3rd,2014, I request Omega do not charge my monthly service fee. Also since [redacted] took away Omega'credit machine, in the future , if we end business with Omega,please allow me to send my [redacted]( 99% new,please see the photos) replace with the one has been took by [redacted].
