Renewal charge and refusal to give money back even after product was refused and sent back to sender.
Was charge $179.64 on a renewal program and then I refused product and contacted bank. Company has not issued a refund though the product was marked return to sender.

This company refuses to stop spamming my email with scam products and is in violation of US can spam laws.
This company has been spamming my email account. They will not unsubscribe me. I have tried unsubscribing, calling them, and filing FTC complaints where I copy them on the complaints. When I call I get barely English speaking people from a call center who refuse to give me a number to their corporate office but will transfer me to voice mail. This company willfully violates US can spam laws by purchasing or data mining emails to mass spam. At no time were they given permission to send marketing info for their scam products to my email account.

For the past two months I have been unsubscribing to emails and they keep coming. Stop all emails to ***@outlook.com and ***@cfl.us.
