Fast forward an hour, and our vehicle will not be picked up until MondayOur vehicle *** not picked up on Monday either, and again, no phone callTuesday, our vehicle *** finally picked upAfter confirming with Alan that this is still a tandem driver and that our estimated delivery *** now Thursday, I waited patientlyI called dispatch on Thursday, and *** told that my delivery *** "probably Sunday." Asking why it would take so long, the dispatch says "OK, Saturday." Guess what happenedSaturday - no call, no deliverySunday - no call, no deliverySunday I call Alan at East West and get into an argument with him about contract verbiage and how this is not an exact science, and how they are not ***Tuesday, a full week after pickup and over a week overdue, my vehicle finally arrivesAlan promises to try to get me some compensation from the vehicle shipper M&F Swalm TransportationI haven't heard from him sinceMy vehicle arrived unharmed, which is the only reason this is stars instead of This *** the single worst experience I have ever had with any companyI paid far too much and spent far too long on the phone, and *** verbally assaulted by both East West Auto Transport and their hired transportNever againPlease note: Alan operates out of Massachusetts, I *** in New Hampshire at the time of booking, and both MA and NH have a "two party consent" law for recorded phone callsEast West Auto Transport illegally records all phone calls without disclosing it in their greeting, in their contract, or in their e-mail communications

He wasn’t doing a salesman pitch! He wasn’t reading from a script! I felt like I was talking to my brother-in-law or that friendly guy next door that gives you adviceEverything he said on the phone was exactly what he emailed to meNo fine print, no additional costs, no lies!! This guy caresThis guy is going to answer the phone when you call and return your emailsThis has to be the only auto transport company that isn’t a complete scam!
