Ordered 3 masks and paid via *** On 5/10. Never received order. Emailed and received what I felt was a nasty canned response stating that they're behind, responding to emails take their time away from making the masks, etc. Now I see their former website is gone...how convenient.

I purchased 3 facemasksofacemasks April 30 .order number 4162, I still have not received facemasks , my total was 15.98. I did try to contact business via email and got. A auto reply back I tried to email again with no luck .I also tried to post on their Facebook page but post have been deleted

Product is substandard: not usable.
I ordered 3 face masks on April 14, 2020. I paid $15.98 via ***. Order number *** was finally delivered on June 5, 2020. The face masks are not usuable: they are too small to fit ANYONE. The face masks are designed using a snap closure - to cover the lower face with the two ends connecting behind the head. The ends of two of the masks I received reach to just behind the ears - the ends will not meet to snap together. Even a child could not wear them. One of the masks is made from a stretchier material; this mask can, with difficulty, be snapped together, but is far too tight to wear. These were supposed to be adult sized masks, and no adult could wear them. The masks measure 17" in length: they would not fit an infant. This was a design mistake: the material used is incorrect for the pattern, not being stretchy enough. The one stretchy mask is still too small: a design error.
I tried to contact OMGHeadbands via the live chat on their website: no response. I also sent an email, with no response. Now, the website is "under construction".

I would like a complete refund of the money I paid for this product as it is not returnable, and not usable.

I placed a order with them over a month ago website is taken down I had a 50 dolllar charge from them I never approved after my 33 dollar charge
I ordered masks from them charged for them they say it's been shipped not tracking numbers I called they gave me a run around now everything is taken down web site and numbers they did another charge for 50 I did not approve and they say they did not but the number on my statement is them I want my money back reported the 50 charge to my credit card but not the one I approved but now business is not on line of answering phones have a email that I places a order but that's it and a charge on my card

Only received 2 out of 9 face masks I ordered.
On April 19 I paid rush order fees to get 9 face masks. I understand Covid issues but it wasn't until May 20th I received 2 out of 9 face mask. I then emailed the company asking for a refund since I had to buy other masks for my family and couldn't wait to see if I'd get my actual order. They responded saying to look for tracking order on my order. I still haven't received a tracking number or a refund. I'd like my money back. This company shouldn't have rush order options if it takes Months to receive your order. Or should limit the order it takes in if they don't have the material to make their product.

I placed an order on April 19th for 3 masks. I waited a few weeks and emailed them to see where my order was. Received a canned response that they appreciated the support but were having shipping delays on the fabric they use. Waited a couple of more weeks, and still the same. When I saw their Facebook ad again, I had to wonder why they were still advertising these masks, yet not completing the orders they already received, I commented on the post asking where my order was. They deleted my comments twice. No response to emails asking them to cancel the order. I finally received the elusive "masks" on June 8. I use the term "mask" lightly as they were only scraps of material with a piece of white material stitched on 2 sides. No finished edges and 3" too small to reach around my head. The masks are useless trash. Save your money and purchase masks or headbands elsewhere.

I ordered some face masks from this company 2 months ago. I was given a tracking number through USPS but it still states it is in pre-shipment.
I ordered 4/3/2020. Received a tracking number number on 4/15 that still says is in pre-shipment. I paid 47.94 for face masks.

I ordered face masks that were advertised on ***. They are not at all as advertised.
The masks I received have one snap instead of the advertised two. They have unfinished edges. They are too small and I have had to scale down other masks to fit me. The fabric on the back barely covers your nose and mouth. One has fabric that is worn or dirty with lint. The edges roll down because they are unfinished. I tried to send the company a message on ***. It was rejected. I commented on their post. My comments have now been blocked, and they appear to have deleted any negative comments. Order #

I placed an order for 9 face masks on 4/24/20. I have still not received my order. They will not issue a refund or respond to emails.
After they didn't respond to email, I requested an update on their facebook page. My comment was removed, and I am now blocked. There are MANY customers having the same experience. I'd like my $47.94 back so I can order different masks!!

I made a purchase from this online company on April 27, 2020 for face mask. Order # 3991 totalinbg $15.97, after 14 days with no update on shipment, I emailed for update. An Auto reply email was returned with no real update information. I have emailed, called and sent facebook messages with no reply. Mutliple complaints on facebook about same issue. People with new orders are being answered according to online post. Refund would be good, but complaint to warn others more important

I ordered face mask from this company and it was advertised to ship immediately. I have contacted company twice and have gotten a generic we are busy response. I have since went to the site I ordered from and saw lots of issues with getting product and quality after receiving. Disgraceful at a time when people are struggling with the virus and the financial burden.

It's been Month since I ordered my product.
The money was deducted from my account immediately.
I waited for several weeks and thought I would check status of my order.
I've emailed several times with no response. I've called and the phone basically picks up then hangs up on you.
This is a scam, this company is advertising face masks for purchase and also donating to the front line workers and it's all a scam! They are just ripping people off.

I placed an order on April 11th for 3 masks. I gave it a couple of weeks before I reached out to the company as I figured they were probably overwhelmed with orders. I sent multiple *** messages and emails, they did not respond to any of them. On May 11th I received an email that the label was created. Nothing updated till May 23rd when the tracking information said that USPS picked up the package. On May 26th I received the package with my "masks". The masks were scraps of material with a piece of black material stitched on 2 sides. It was just thrown together to get them out to costumers. The masks are useless trash. I emailed the company again and did not receive a response. If they had communicated with me, left updates on their *** page, I would have been more forgiving, instead they blocked me from messaging or leaving a review on ***. Unfortunately I didn't use *** for this transaction, so I am out the money and the masks.

Cheap product, awful customer service! Oreder was in preshipment for weeks with no response to communications until I filed a dispute with ***. Blocked all negative comments on *** about their fraudulent practices. Items finally sent were not what was ordered. Cheap, unfinished product. Save your money!

What is advertised on the website and*** is not what they look like at all.
I ordered masks based on pictures on their*** M ml land website. What I received are completely different. Shoddy fabric, stitches visible from the front, only 1 snap on the back instead of 2, no designs I had asked for, and uneven fabric cuts that aren't even fixed by sewing. My order states 3 solid colored and 3 designs. I'll include a picture of my order summary.
My order number is ***. I order 5/7/2020 with the "skip the line" option, basically faster shipping. I paid $31.96 for the masks and $10 for the skip the line shipping, for a total of $41.96. I paid via credit card. They masks arrived on 5/18/2020.
I had commented on others*** posts asking if they had received their orders and if so how long it took. Someone had posted a picture of a similar mask to what I received but I believe I had already ordered by the time I saw it. The company then blocked me from posting on their*** due to my questions and probably critique of the masks the person had posted, which included no vulgarity. I cannot even message them on*** to discuss the issues. I then emailed them inquiring about the*** block, they have ignored my email. I kept up hope I would receive masks like the pretty ones in the pictures but they came today and I saw how bad they were. I'm angry I wasted my money and I want to keep others from wasting theirs as well. Taking advantage of people during crisis is horrible. If you cant make your product to how you say, stop taking orders so as to ensure the quality of those already ordered.
Atleast I received a package though, many others have yet to receive theirs. If they'll even receive them.

I have included photos of their products as show online to consumers as well as a photo of what I received. I can take more photos of what I received if necessary to highlight the issues.

I would like to receive the products I actually ordered. I am willing to return what I did get only after I receive replacement, as I have trust issues with this company. If they will not issue replacements, I would like a refund. If they will not issue a refund, I will continue to educate others on social media to avoid their company and save their money.

I am immune compromised and ordered face masks from these people April 7th and the product was to be shipped within 7 business days! Here we are May 5th and still no masks! I have made several attempts to resolve this to no avail as they don't answer phone or emails. I got a notification two weeks ago my order had shipped however still nothing and when I went on website tonight to check it doesn't even reflect it was shipped! I believe these folks are preying on people's fears during this pandemic and if they made $25 off me, I can only imagine how many others they took money from and it's a damn shame!
