Omg studio is the worst customer service I have ever encoumtered. They were hired thru our wedding planner so I didint know about then nor I checked there reviews ECT. First of the day of the engagement photo session they Mario and Nadia were over and hour late and they never even apologized as a courtesy. Our pictures where taken by Mario wich was fine since it seems like he is the only one who knows how to yake them. After being rushed thru our session immediately complained to my wedding planner and he said that he already has a contract and that they would pull thru not to worry. So finally on the day of the wedding Nadia and some other lady show up late as I was getting ready and one of the cameras batteries was dead...really? They both rushed to find a store and missed everything while I was getting ready. They came back when I was in the limo already to head to church. At the reception they were sitting for a while. Month after they game me a DVD to review which has really low quality...lets just say my phone does so much better. I also had mentioned that it was freezing thru the ceremony and they did fix that. So then was was handed a 11×14 that was too dark and clearly hadent been edited what so ever and was probably printed at Wal-Mart because of the low quality. Also a pile of 5×7's which were not very impressive most were dark, people where closing there eyes ECT. The only good thing that day was the sign in book which was I believe edited by Mario. When she came to my house she gave a portion of my package and gave me a hand written note of what was missing which included large prints and wedding day picture book and wrote her email for me. The was the last time I heard from her or him. Please go else where dont waste your time or money here. My major complain was that till this day I never received my wedding day book its been 4 years.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I accept the delivery of the pictures, I will stop by the business to see if they are available for pick up as indicated and hope the 30 5 x7 were printed correctly.  The business has attempted to print these 3 times, they continue to provide the wrong print.

In regards to the video, this is not acceptable.  I paid for 3 DVD copies and they have not been give to me.  On November 25th 2013, I met with [redacted] and we agreed on what was needed to complete my order.  She said she would provide 3 copies of the DVD since the copy provided to me in June 2013 did not even have the cover picture on the box.   That day she gave to me as a "gift" the pictures that were printed wrong in June and said she would reprint and let me know when they would be available, she didn't think it would take longer than a week.  She agreed to call me back and give me a date.   I did not hear from her and followed up Wednesday of that week, with no response.  I was off work the following Monday December 2nd 2013 and wanted to pick up the rest of the items that day.  As indicted in my complaint my fear was they had erased the photos and video footage and they would no longer be able to give me the rest of the items missing.  I specifically asked [redacted] on November 27th 2013 via text if they had erased the pictures and video and she said "no, I have everything just give me until Monday (December 2nd 2013) and she would resolve the issue.  When I followed up on December 2nd 2013, she still failed to give me the pictures and video or even a date of when they would be available.  That is when I decided to file a complaint via Revdex.com.  

I was never informed that they needed the original copy they had provided to me in June 2013.   When I met with [redacted] on November 25th 2013, I explained to her that the original copy given to me was in Mexico with my husband's family.  She told me that would not be a problem, she said that they need to create the videos from the original video footage taken the day of the event.  She went on to say that if they copy from the video given to me, the copied video losses quality.  She assured me that she had everything to complete my order.  I was never notified that the original video was needed nor that they no longer have the footage taken on the day of our wedding.  This was an important event in our lives and we paid for a package to include all the items we needed to remember this day.  It is unacceptable not to obtain the video.  We paid for the video and don't understand why OMGStudios would delete the footage if they had not provided the items needed to satisfy our contract. 

OMGStudios is full of excuses, I witnessed them on November 25th 2013, give a young couple the same excuse given to me.  They say the person who took the video of the event is not responding to their request for the video footage and that they have paid this person for their services and hope to get the video footage from this person soon.   They don't follow through with their promises, they say they will call back to solve the issue and they never do. 

Further action is required regarding the 3 DVD copies included in our contract.  I will confirm if the missing pictures were available for pick up and printed correctly.

en omgstudio es muy importante la palabra del cliente puesto que son ellos los que mantienen el trabajo del mismo, pero hay situaciones que son muy importantes aclarar tal es el caso de la sra patricia en diciembre del 2012 omgstudio cubrió su evento el cual fue su boda, de acuerdo al...

contrato que se realiza las fotos completas de su paquete se le fueron entregadas en tiempo y forma, teniendo nosotros como prueba la factura de la imprenta la cual manifiesta fecha de marzo ; cuando sus fotografías se le entregaron ella quiso hacerles cambio a las mismas razón por el cual el proceso del tiempo de entrega se ha vuelto mas largo.

en el caso del video se le explico a ella que por causas de exceso de trabajo se había retrasado su entrega ante esto ella siempre manifesto una actitud muy positiva entendiendo que hay situaciones que se presentan.

cuando se le entrego su video, se le entrego solo una copia para que ella lo viera y si había algún cambio por hacer se le haría sin costo alguno pero ella ya no volvió a contactarnos sino hasta el mes de noviembre exigiendo las cosas que le hacían falta por entregar; mismas que omgstudio le hizo en ver que dado el tiempo que había pasado debíamos verificar cuales de ellas estaban pendientes y esto fue lo que se concluyo:

1.-le hacia falta la corrección de una foto 8x10

2.-corrección de 2 fotos 11x14

3.- 30 fotos que omgstudio le ofreció gratis dentro de su paquete

4.- 2 vídeos editados

el mismo dia que se llego a este acuerdo omgstudio por el tiempo y las demoras le ofreció de regalo las foto que ya habían sido editadas mismas que ella se llevo, se le explico que se podía trabajar en su paquete que solo lo que había de corroborar era que todavía se tuviera el video original puesto que omgstudio pasado el tiempo elimina de los archivos los vídeos ya entregados, al igual que siempre ella lo acepto con una excelente actitud y aceptando que así debía de ser.

se le podio una semana en lo que se llegaba a la conclusion de si teniamos su video o no,  ella volvio a llamarnos el dia 3 de diciembre y se le explico que todavía no había respuesta de ello a lo cual ella respondió ya molesta y amenazado de reportarnos a Revdex.com e inclusive a llevarnos a corte mediante un abogado.

omgstudio lamenta lo sucedio con ella , se hace responsable de no haber actuado de la manera correcta asumiendo que ella comprendía cada situación que se le explicaba, ahora lo que tenemos para entregar el cual puede pasar el día viernes 20 de diciembre a la localidad [redacted] es lo siguiente:

At omgstudio, the client's word is very  important as it is them who maintain the work of such. However, there are situations that are very important to clear up, and that is the case for Ms. Patricia. In December 2012, omgstudio covered her event, which was her wedding. According to her contract, the pictures part of her package were given to her in the time and form agreed upon. We have the printing bill as proof which has a date of March. When her photographs were delivered, she wanted to make changes, reason why the process affecting the delivery time has been longer. 

In the case of the video, it was explained to her that because of excessive work, delivery was delayed. To this, she always manifested a positive attitude,  understanding there are situations that come up. 

When the video was delivered, she was only given one copy so she could watch it and determine if changes were necessary; the changes would be made at no cost. She did not contact us again until November demanding the missing items. Omgstudio told her that  given the amount of time passed, we needed to verify what was pending and this is the conclusion: 

She was missing the correction of an 8x10 photo

Correction of two 11x14 photos

30 photos that omgstudio offered free of charge as part of her package

2 edited videos

The same day the agreement was made, omgstudio, for the time delays,  offered as a gift the photos that had already been edited, which she took. It was explained that we could work on her packet, but the only thing was to corroborate the original video since omgstudio  eliminates the video files  as they are delivered. As always, she accepted with an excellent attitude, accepting that was the way it should be. We asked for a week to look for her video and determine if we still had it or not. She called us again on December 3 and was told we had no response yet, to which she responded upset and threatening to report us to the Revdex.com, take us to court, and hire an attorney. 

Omgstudio regrets what happened with her. We are responsible for not acting in a correct manner, and assuming she understood every situation that was explained to her. Now we can deliver, and she can pick up by Friday, December 20 at the location [redacted] is the following:

2 11x14 corrected photos and thirty 5x7 free photos
