Friday June 9th We received a call from Mr*** informing me that he was having his vehicle towed here to be fixed and that the adjuster for USAA was there and had written an estimateUpon arrival we brought the car in the shop and took the wheels off for further inspection
purposes and to look for any suspension damageWe called customer to inform him we could not work on his vehicle until we have a signed repair orderMr*** said he would come here Saturday and he would signThat never happenedHe came here on Monday 6/morning, signed the repair order authorizing the work to be done and leftHe called back later that day to see how long the repairs were going to take. We estimated about a week unless other damage was foundWe did not hear from him again until Thursday June 15, in the afternoon when he called for a statusWe told him that it could possibly be done on Friday and that is when he stated that he never gave us authorization to repair his vehicle. We have met with Mr*** multiple times and spoken with him via phone. We followed the estimated prepared by his insurance company and did the repairs to their specifications with Mr*** authorization. Mr *** wants to switch out the wheels for some other non factory wheels and make changes to what has been done. We have asked the insurance company come meet with Mr*** and our repair shop to help resolve this issue on what they (insurance company authorized to be done). Dispute is more between insurance company than our repair shop. We want to do everything to come to equitable solution to Mr*** complaint. We need payment for repairs before we can release the vehicle . Insurance company has paid MR ***. As of today Tues June 20th no response from USAA insurance company. Mr *** was full aware he was authorizing work on vehicle
