Initially when the ptcame in the insurance was put in wrong so therefor it was billed to the wrong insPtcalled saying why did he receive a bill I explained to him that the insstated to us that it was not a "covered benefit" per the explanation of BenefitsPtdidn't
understand I told him how there are some insplans that don't cover office visitsSo I advised him to contact his insso they can explain this in further detail to him and what exactly his inscoversSo later ptcalled and tells me we billed the wrong insthat is what they told him so I then looked at his inscard and it clearly says to submit medical claims to meritan and Reyna put to Aetna and that on the card clearly says for behavior healthI apologized to the pt and informed him I will correct his ins and resub it to the correct inson 03/08/I then rebilled, but I rebilled to the pt instead of the new insI clicked on the wrong partand did not take it out of the pt responsibility before clicking on rebillI apologize that my errorSo then pt called on 04/20/and spoke with Debora and she removed from pt responsibility and rebilled to the correct insClaim is out of pt responsibility and in insDeborah looked up insand ins still in a pending status we have not gotten any correspondents from the insyet but refer to the attachment and this is what's pulling up on the inswebsite at the momentIf you have any further questions or concerns please contact me
