Not sure how this company has a rating of A+. We put in an application before Christmas and still haven't heard anything on approval status. It was assigned to the Colorado Springs Office and we got an message from them on Dec 28 and today is January 5 and still nothing. We are long time customers and never had this issue with the branch at Fort Riley. So very disappointed. We even messaged the lady who is doing our loan and nothing still has been done.
