I have spoken with this customer and informed them that there are no refunds on custom orders as it cost me money to make themThis is stated on my website as well as my [redacted] business pageI also provided a screen shot from my website? I had an employee pass away from cancer and was doubled in my work load which pushed my orders out furtherEven though I was under the weeks production allowance, ? I still included a leash valued at $in good faithI sent her order out on the 23rd of January and it didn't reach her due to the address being unreadable because it looks like it got wet and it was received to my place of business? I have resent the items sticking to my no refund policy? Now I am continually being harassed by her friends and family, ? slandered on [redacted] and had to remove my reviews page because she send people to my page to review me a star when this situation had nothing to do with themI have blocked her and her friends off my page and will move forward with a cease and desist order if the comments and harassment continueI am being bullied and harassed by many people now due to her horrendous comments who have never seen my work, never looked at my policies and have never done any type of business withShe has the right to resell her products at her own leisureI have a very good reputation in the dog world and it is guaranteed to sell quickly?

I have been in contact with this customerI have sent her the custom order no refund policyHer order is in a queueI have a couple helpers helping me through my orders to ensure everyone is cleared from the queue and anyone who is over weeks gets free gifts up to $for the inconvenience This was also stressed to her on multiple occasionsShe will be receiving her order with promised gifts as soon as she comes up in the queue.?

This does not solve my problemThe owner of this business has promised me on two separate occasions that my items have shippedStill I have no items in handWhy would she say that they were being shipped May and May 25, and that she was going to give me the tracking information? I emailed the owner four days ago with no replyThis seems to be a pattern of avoidance.
