Elder Abuse and the "Resigned Member Reissuance Policy / Reissuance Ratio"
I am 87 years old and the membership was a retirement gift granted 16 years ago. Despite the high cost paid in 2009, when I tried redemption based on the popularity of the Club, I was told I was 72nd on the waiting list that moves as often as Halley's Comet. This Club has policies that appear to qualify for Elder Abuse under the very broad California law. We have grandsons and college tuition we would like to pay while Omni "waits" us out? Awful.
