We had Omni for several years, went through managers, nothing was ever completed by them No matter how you explained what was wrong or what you needed done they never did it but you would pay them for it The owner would yell and scream at the office staff and the managers and over load them with to many properties and the could not understand why nothing was done Most managers leave there because they are expected to handle plus communities, way to many for any person
When it comes to managing property this company is by far the worst! [redacted] subdivision is the proofHouses with grass up to your knees,trash,the worst lawn maintenance crew This company is in breach of their ALL their fiduciary responsibilitiesNo one is held accountableThis HOA needs to be dissolved 50% of homeowners vote can get this done! There is no cap on renters! so the sub has literally gone to the dogs! I have never received a breakdown of fees my annual cost nothing! I have nothing in terms of the neighborhood covenants and restrictionsThe association has just figured out I live in the subdivision! This is a very poorly governed communityI hope to never live in a sub managed by this company
