Omni Nashville Hotel Corp.

[redacted] needs to be fired by the Omni Hotel Corporation. [redacted] is the worst hotel manager in the business and needs to be replaced ASAP. I was accosted just outside the hotel entrance by a drunk and tried to enter the Barlines entrance of the hotel and was told to go to the next entrance if I could not show my ID. I showed the bouncer my Hotel card and he said he could not let me in. I tried to explain the situation to [redacted] and he said to leave his hotel and he did not give a crap about my issue. This is not the way to handle a customer of his hotel and I told him I have never been treated like this by anyone let alone a manager of a 2 star hotel. It is ranked highly by most everyone except the 100 complaints by travelers that have had a terrible experience by the hotel management personnel. I have written my hotel review with Trip Advisor and Omni Corporate office and I am waiting for Omni's response. This [redacted] is in the wrong industry. He needs to be driving a sewage removal truck because he is that [redacted] of a person..
