I paid for an inclusive tour to [redacted] scheduled 10/2-10/9/2015. Part of this trip included meals valued at $350 on a debit card. At the start of the trip[redacted] representative for the company communicated due to theft, debit cards not available but [redacted], company owner, would be mailing out reimbursement checks immediately and we should have by return to our home after trip. This has not occurred, attempts to contact the company via website, phone, email, or actions have met with no response contacts. Myself, and 11 others are due $350 for meal reimbursement and communications and the check delivered are requested asap.Lack of customer response to inquiries is very disappointing and I would not want to do business with a firm who does not have the courtesy to deal with issues in a professional manner.Product_Or_Service: Meal ReimbursemntAccount_Number: chargeDesired SettlementRefund of meal expense of $350 as promised and previously paid for by myself, and others.

I traveled with Omni Premier in September of 2015. This was an all-inclusive trip, however due to two financial issues with [redacted], tour guide and owner, we were requested to pay for 2 items during the trip and he would send us a refund after the trip. As of today, 12/28/15, this refund has not been received. I have sent numerous emails to [redacted] requesting the refund. He replied several times stating that he would send the request to their financial person, nothing happened. On 11/16/15 Frank sent an email to the guests he owed money to asking that we accept a payment plan to receive the money owed to us. He promised the first check would arrive on 12/4/15. Nothing was received. Frank sent another email to me on 12/14/15 stating that the payment would be in the mail that week. Nothing was received.Product_Or_Service: All inclusive tourDesired SettlementI would like [redacted] to promptly send me the entire balance of what he owes me and has promised to pay me.

This business owes us a refund of $142 that was promised verbally and over email (we have these for proof) and not repaid. My husband and I booked, paid for and went on a tour with this company in August 2015. We booked and paid for a tour that was to include a personal chef, nature guide and prepaid Visa cards for meals. Not only did we not get what we paid for, the owner and operator, Frank Smith, still owes us $142 refund which he promised to repay verbally and via several emails from him. We did not get refunds for rafting for which we prepaid or a meal that was supposed to be included that we ended up having to pay. He can be reached at 206-673-5079. My husband and I paid Omni Premier for both of us for a Yellowstone Park tour from 10/3-10/9/15. Included in the tour price was a "Flex Pass" debit/credit card that was to be used for all meals that were not paid for directly by Omni Premier. On the first night of our tour, the tour guide informed us and the other 10 tour participants that Omni Premier would not provide the Flex Pass debit/credit card as promised. Instead, he assured us that Omni Premier would send each participant a refund check for the amount of the Flex Pass debit/credit card if each of us could assume the meal costs directly. To date, neither my husband or I have received the promised refund check. We have left several voice mail messages for Omni Premier at 866-342-9910, left voice mail messages for the tour guide at his cell number 206-795-2045, and sent an email to Omni Premier via their website chat service.
