OMNI managed the rental of my home for over years and then subsequently sold the property for me They provided excellent support and service throughout, provided me with timely updates, and answered my questions and concerns in a timely manner OMNI provided me advice on upgrades and always gave me a fair price on any subcontracting work that needed to be done to the house and property They provided quality screening of rental candidates and I never had any issues with the tenants who rented my home for two years They handled all issues at their level and only elevated them to me when absolutely necessary When I decided to sell my home, they provided outstanding support and advice They were transparent in all their processes and gave me real time updates throughout the process Not to mention that when I rented out and sold my property, I was living in India Despite the distance, they provided me outstanding service and always responded to my questions in a timely manner Due to their professionalism, knowledge and determination, I was able to sell my home for a good price and within months of listing it I can't say enough for the outstanding support provided by both Lee and Jessica I would absolutely recommend OMNI to anyone both for property management or for selling a home I will definitely turn to them in the future

The agent I was dealing with at Omni was very rude and unprofessional I had to ask her if there was a reason she did not want to rent to me because of how she was talking to meEvery time I tried to scheduled a viewing they would send out an email stating that due to the high request to view they would have an open viewing It was always at an unreasonable time(even though when you went to schedule a viewing it asked you what time you would like) I would not recommend using them for rental I withdrew my application and requested a refund because of this

I seen a property on line and it would have been perfect for my little family but I called over several times and could never get a answer and even left 2 messages , 1 property viewing to see if it was still available and No response I really think it's bad for business to not have a line where you can be reached without having to wait for a call back. I even called the Memphis location to see if they could help and someone always answered when I called I would have really loved to see this duplex since it was in my price range and what I was looking for with No carpet and trying to move ASAP guess I will keep searching
