Review: We booked our stay through www.hotels.com and our credit card was charged correctly with them. We arrived at Omni Orleans and they also charged our card for $660.90. I called the hotel on Monday to have the money refunded. According to my credit card state only $573.46 was refunded. I have called and left several messages. Its been a week and I still have not received a phone call. Because of the extra charge on or credit card, we had to get family to send money so we could get back home to Meridian, Ms.Desired Settlement: I want the money refunded and a stay at the hotel for no charge because of all the mess!
