They have already went with with another company, we don't have a contract that provides 24/tech supportThe only fees associated with them is monitoring, the monitoring station is 24/7, if there is a fire Alarm and Fire at the premises, the fire department will roll the trucksThe actual
contract signed by *** on 10/7/was for $a year for fire alarm monitoring and $ a year for Annual testing To date they have only paid $a month toward thisMy tech tells me he asked if it could wait until Monday, to save them $ as if he comes out on weekend it is over timeSorry for the miss understanding, at this point there is no credit due, and they are free of what they would owe us if we held them to the contractWe also apologize for the bad phone service and are working on making it betterWe also took what our tech said into account, he tells us he tried to be polite, we are having a meeting with all our techs so that this issue does not come up again

short addition, yes we just moved to another company indeed since this incident. if 24/7 hours monitoring means that we need to wait till the next morning (nearly 12 hours later) why the alarm is going off all night, then I wonder what is being monitored, the person who answered at night, although he was friendly, he had no clue and I had to check every room to at least make sure no fire was happening (good luck with 44 apartments and many utility rooms). The next morning we had the opportunity to pay $100/hr to find out the real issue. Luckily I had others helping me to localize the issue independently form their "expert advise" to find out a boiler was leaking and the hot water fired off the alarm. Luckily no emergency situation.When the tech person shouts at you over the phone, it doesn't invite you to call back and try to solve the issue directly, this is the reason we opted to contact via Revdex.com.
