In order to properly address these concerns, I am attaching a copy of the original Closed End Motor Vehicle Lease contract dated April 24, 2012. This contract was signed by [redacted] and [redacted]. First, please allow me to address the issue of the Disposition Fee. The existence of this Fee and the Amount were both disclosed to the Lessee(s) in two different areas. First, it is disclosed within Section 3 of the Consumer Leasing Act Disclosures (* added to copy for ease of location). In addition, it is appears in Section 9 of the Consumer Leasing Act Disclosures (** added for ease of location). The presence of these two disclosures regarding the Disposition Fee, make it abundantly clear that it will be the responsibility of the Lessee(s) at Lease Termination if they choose to return the vehicle to the Lessor. Second, the issue of Personal Property Taxes are also clearly addressed in the contract ([redacted] added for ease of location). In this section, entitled Registration, Parking Tickets and Taxes, it states “…..You must pay personal property taxes assessed on the Vehicle, whether you are [redacted]ed for them by the government or whether we pay them and [redacted] you for them or include the amount of such taxes as part of your monthly payment.” In addition, I would like to add that the Lessee(s) would have already been aware of their responsibility in regard to these taxes based upon paying them in previous years. In closing, we feel that the dollar amounts in question were clearly disclosed and are the sole responsibility of the Lubrecht’s. Your last message said you confirmed the check was sent. I received this message on Wednesday. If something in Florence was mailed on Wednesday, I would typically receive it 2-3 days later, if not sooner. It is now Sunday. I did not receive it yet. Also, how could my mom and sister receive their promised gift cards for the test drives? Do they need to file a complaint? They tried asking the dealership as well with no follow through. Thanks!

I would like to receive the check before advising that we came to a solution. They've been saying check is in the mail since May. Also I question if my car was serviced when I took it in for the PDI and oil change. It wasn't updated on my car plus I ran out of windshield wiper fluid. Both PDI and oil change should top off the fluids. It's odd the combination of lack of updating the car and fluid ran out makes it questionable.
