My father passed away last August and had three storage units at this facility (which also goes under the name AZ Drive Thru Storage)The owner, *** ***, has refused to release my father's belongings to me even though I have showed her proper legal documentationI have had to take her to court! She wanted me to pay for extra months but refused us access to propertyShe is never available if you call the office and never returns phone callsShe threatened to sell all of my dad's belongings if we didn't pay her and her attorney fees (mind you we hadn't gone to court at that time) and said she can get a lot of money doing it! When I refused and asked for a bill she ceased all communication! When my father died he was current on his storage units*** has made it very clear through her actions she is not a professional business owner and conducts her business even above the law! She only cares about making as much money as she can off of the misfortune of othersI have been grieving the loss of my father who died suddenly and on top of that have not been able to have closure due to ***'s actionsMy health has been seriously impacted and am at a loss that someone would treat someone else this way*** and her "Attorney" have tried to take away my right to claim my father's property and even told me they would not deal with me unless I had an attorney! My father paid her faithfully for over years! Please, please, please! If you value your possessions, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE! If you currently rent from her you should definitely take your business elsewhere, if you canChances are she will change your locks! Do not bring your prized personal possessions here not just for your sake, but for your children's as well
