On May 10, 2016 Ms. [redacted] purchased the 5 week training program which consists of the web builder tool, website training and online marketing training. She has unlimited access to trainers, webinars and our digital training platform....

The total cost was $4,200.00 and $39.00 monthly, not $7,849.00.  She was still logging in and using the digital training program until the day before she filed her complaint.  She did 3 of her 5 training sessions and she has missed the last 3 weeks of her training. As we discussed over the phone, we can only give her the tools to succeed with her business but cannot make her use them. Pg 2 of the Service Agreement that Ms. [redacted] signed states:2. Services: In order to understand and clarify the services and relationship, Client and Marketing Company acknowledge and agree that: 3. Client's purchase includes weeks of Coaching. This Coaching consists of weekly sessions and discussions to identify the Client's business goals, strategies, and plans of actions intended to achieve such goals. Marketing Company will monitor Client's progress toward the implementation of these goals. Unfortunately, Ms. [redacted] did not complete her training, she did not use the web builder tool, nor did she utilize her trainers. Ms. [redacted] took the time to take our customer satisfaction survey and rated her sessions very high. It is strange that Ms. [redacted] is filing a complaint against Omni. We believe she is confused about the companies she is working with. She indicated that she purchased an online easy money program, globalonlinefranchise.com, on May 16, 2016. Ms. [redacted] reached out to us and purchased our training program on May 10, 2016.

RE: Complaint ID # [redacted]   Der Karina, I’m sorry this matter has taken so much of everyone’s time. After may discussions with Ms. [redacted] it was very clear that she is working with multiple companies and even indicated that she wanted the money back from her training so she can invest in a get rich quick company and no longer wanted to work with her trainers.    There was never mention of money on our part as we are a training company that teaches people to build their own web site, which Ms. [redacted] didn’t even start.  We are all still very confused as to why Ms. [redacted] signed up and did almost all her proactive training to begin with if she had no interest in learning to create her own site and techniques on marketing her site.   Ms. [redacted] is very confused, she is working with multiple companies and as discussed when she signed up, you get out of the training what you put in and unfortunately Ms. [redacted] gave very little effort and was getting confused by trying to work with multiple companies at the same time.  As always Omni Training stands behind our products and services and will do anything we can to help Ms. [redacted] complete her project and have her Drop-Shipping site up and running as soon as possible

I don't feel it is right for any business to take someone's money that quickly, claiming to teach them how to make big money and then not follow through.  Their so-called big training programs lasted for only 30 minutes, which didn't amount to a hill of beans.  They could sure take 4-digit figure money fast, but I didn't get anything in return. They make so many claims, but I didn't make a dime when I followed their teaching for 3 weeks, almost 4.  They just kept on wanting more money from me.  Yes, they just asked for 4200., plus 39.95 monthly, but they also turned me over to the Prime Corporate Services, who got another 3610.  from me for "supposedly"  LLC licensing, etc.  I don't think I should be responsible for all of this, as I didn't make a dime.  They even wanted me to supply my things, or products, to sell on Ebay.  I think all of this talk about dropshipping is a skam.  They would have kept taking more money for products to sell, but was trying to convince me that I didn't have to purchase anything to sell or to buy.  It's really ridiculous and something should be done about it so they won't be taking other innocent victims like me.
