Review: When appointment was scheduled, I was told that my insurance was accepted. One hour into appointment and after my eye exam, I was told they don't accept the insurance. They promised to submit a claim to my insurance for reembursement. Two months later, the insurance says NO claim was ever placed. I called the manager who blamed the insurance for lying and misplacing. I gave them three more days and NOTHING was recieved. I called only to have an Optometrist hang-up on me. I went to the store and got an itemized receipt to put in claim myself. Manager was rude and other staff was prohibited to even speak to me. This business are professional conartist!!! This isn't the first time they have done this! My issurance company says, " They do participate with them and they could have went thru them". It would have saved me money but the option was NEVER extended to me. Instead they lied to me and sold me their products at a higher rate. They don't offer refunds or customer service!Desired Settlement: A apology would be nice too!

Review: I ordered prescription lenses for a pair of glasses. They charged us $164 for eye glasses which is a false representation of our order. When cancelation of such false order requested, they refused.

[redacted] came in on November 11, 2014 asking to put his new prescription, which he provided from an outside doctor, into his own frames that he brought in with him. The price of the lenses came out to $164,00 which he paid in full on said date. Before he left, a receipt was given to him, with a $0.00 t in bold print, “All Sales are Final. No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges”; enclosed, we have provided an exact copy of the same receipt. Lenses are always immediately ordered electronically after every sale in order to provide the best and quickest customer service possible. Some hours after he had left and paid for his order, he came back in to cancel the order and requested a refund. explained that the order has already been placed, has already gotten started, and all sales are final including no refunds, as stated on the receipt.[redacted] came in, placed an order for lenses only, and paid in full.After payment was made, we gave a receipt to him stating, “All Sales are Final. No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges”, and we also have a sign hung up stating “No Refunds” at our location.We ordered the lenses immediately and electronically for a quick turnaround time, as we provide for every order, therefore, cannot be cancelled because the lab grinds the lenses immediately.We dispensed the glasses, next day, and fulfilled our obligations.
