It is a prepaid service so they have my money and I cannot make phone callsPLus they are not accessible by phone or email
I used to be a customer for years in another calling company called*** until they sold the company to OmniatI was told by the same employees who had been hired by *** and stayed with Omniat to expect better quality communication and overall servicesI renewed with them in March I got a call from them months later telling me that I cannot make any calls because I did not use the service for three monthsTo reactivate my service I had to pay moneyI was shocked by this rule and very upsetAnyway my service was connected and I was able to make a phone callUntil recently! I do not know when they went out of business! I just tried to call the customer service again and again! In vain!

Was promised excellent calling service to and from Egypt, the service is not working here or there,contacted the company to get a refund, no success
I was contacted by a sale rep who offered me calling services to and from Egypt, I had the application downloaded, it is not working from here or in Egypt, they do not want to refund me, I disputed the charge on my credit card and if the issue is not resolved, I will start taking legal action against them in Orlando small business courts as well as in Egypt

I wondering for the people they said bad comments in this life there's bad and good , for example one I don't have enough balance in my cc and I was need to make a call I called them give me $until I charge my card again , I has account with them since and they good people not all the calls from them there's a lot of calls also from different company's don't judge on any one because something happen
