I saw an ad for this business on Facebook advertising a necklace for shipping only (about $7)I went to the business website to make a purchase, paid, and received an e-mail confirmationSeveral days later, I received another e-mail that my necklace was being shipped, and to expect the product in 4-business daysbusiness days later I e-mailed them asking where my product was and received no answerI'm thinking I fell for a scam and that they never intended to ship out a product, hoping that people won't complain if the "free" product never arrivesBut I'm still out the $which I expect back, and I would like to warn others of this business
I paid 'shipping and handling" for a necklace and have never received the necklace or a refund I attempted to contact the business on FB where the product was advertised and never received a reply I attempted to email the business at the email provided on the receipt but it was returned undeliverable I would like my money back I am aware of another person who paid and never received their item either I attempted to post a comment on another advertisement they made (under another business name) for the same product asking about the status and warning others but my comment was deleted and commenting was turned off on their post Now they only post their product and don't allow comments
It's a scam Looks like it's legit, but it's notGot the bill, but not the merchandise and now unable to reach them Only out $6.95, so it was a cheap lesson in trust but verify But I know I wasn't the only one to fall for it And it's not an amount you can dispute with the credit card company, so they know what they are doing Only giving it one start because I can't give stars
