Tell us why here...We had a furniture repair man there right away to do all touch ups on pieces clients says was chipped, we now waiting on parts for the sofa in addition client took no extra insurance for her move and we are not holding her to that so issues take time being that the customer did not take extra insurance we are unable to process this claim through our insurance company for they will deny the claimSo we are working on this ourselves and out of pocket costwe will inform customer as soon as we have all the parts in
