In fact, in October this homeowner contacted Omnidian and Omnidian promptly replaced a failed inverter.Omnidian was never a party to Sungevity’s Performance Guarantee and Limited Warranty Agreement, and had no business relationship with Sungevity. Omnidian is not a party to this customer’s Solar Lease Agreement. Again, Omnidian has been retained by the lease owner to monitor and service this system, which we continued to do in accordance with the highest standards for customer service and support.
