Omnipoint Communications Inc NY

Review: A phone number out of Freehold, New Jersey is managed by Omnipoint Communications, Inc. the phone number is ###-###-####. I tried calling it back to complain but the recording says it is a number out of service. Yet I keep getting a male heavy accent Indian voice everyday when they keep calling from this number. The first time I received the call a couple weeks back he said he was some Medical place and he was trying to sell something medical, I told him I was on the Do Not Call Registry and he had the wrong number. He did ask for me by name but I can't figure out how someone got my name and number. This guy keeps calling after I have told him he has the wrong number and we are not interested in anything he is selling. He is rude and this is harassment. I got the info about who is in charge of this number which is Omnipoint. Today the same voice was on the other end again, but came through on a number as unavailable. This person from this boiler room is pushy and just keeps harassing me everyday on my cell phone. I can't seem to get through to anyone to put a stop to this.Desired Settlement: If you are able to reach this company, it would be greatly appreciated as it is the company in charge of this phone number for telemarketing. I want the calls to end, I don't want to change my phone number because of some it who is not in his right mind.

Review: This business manages the phone number ###-###-#### operating under the name "[redacted]". I receive daily harassing calls from that number to my home phone (###-###-####). The first call was received on 1/**/15 at 7:53 P.M. The representative began her script with, "Are you between the ages of 18 and...". I interrupted. "This number is on the Federal Do Not Call List. Please remove it from your system." She replied, "This is a political call." and resumed her script. I said, "This number is... please remove..." but she continued talking. I shouted, "Stop talking!". She continued. I repeated, "STOP TALKING!" I have no desire to receive any calls from your company. Please remove it from your system." She replied, "I'll just call you again later." and hung up.

After the initial call, I have received one call per day:

1/**/15 at 11:49 A.M.Desired Settlement: I stated adamantly that I have no interest in this company's product, survey, information or anything else they may be trying to push on me. To call even one more time constitutes harassment, yet they have called FIVE times since, one call per day including Saturday. An internet search shows that many other people have received unwanted calls from this number with similar refusals to stop calling. My phone number is registered on the Federal Do Not Call list, and I have filed a complaint with them. I suspect that this organization has tactics for skirting FCC regulations by claiming to be "political", but their hard sell, pushy, non-stop tactics prove that they ultimately have something to profit from weak or confused targets. These tactics are harassment and definitely "Bad Business" by any consumer's standards.
