As you can see clearly in the pictures already provided, there is the purchasing customer and her husband closely scrutinizing the work. It was a beautiful day, the can am basking in sunlight, which would have greatly demonstrated any smudges or scratchesThe customer and her husband approved and submitted payment before leaving. But not before asking for our crew, also in the picture, to wipe off smudges, and remove graphics from her bike, even though she was not being charged for removalOnce we satisfied all of her demands she paid, and left
The pink vinyl material was custom ordered, and custom cut using her computer files
Proofs of how the work would look were created, designed, and approved in writing
After installation the customer approved all of the work And this after extensive efforts to remove every smudge pointed out by the customer or to resolve any problems
All of our work is custom created for our customers, and there are several steps of approval by the customer that have to take place before the job is complete. For this reason we have a written policy, signed by the customer, that states our refund policy: There is no refund. This policy is also reiterated numerous times in the email thread that demonstrates the conversation between our company and the customer
So there will be no refund
We have documentation whereby customer signed with approval at each stage of the process to validate our position

Yes my husband did go up there I don't know what happened I wasn't there but they threated him as well and when he left there he went straight to beech grove police station and they had not heard about anything and there were no calls there at that point so I'm not sure when and if they really called but they said there was nothing they could do it was a civil matterAnd now they are saying I'm not welcome on there property so not only I'm stuck with messed up decals but I cant get them fixed so at this point I'm requesting a full refundAlso after further looking and several failed attempts of cleaning the can am wind shield my wind shield is also ruined with scratches from them lack of knowledge in removing previous stickersI have really got the bad end of the deal hereSo I want my money back!!!!! I'm at work and not with the can am right now but I can take pictures to prove everythingOut of all stickers done there are only that look good and don't need replacedNot only are stickers off centered and slanted but there are air bubbles in the stickers that they assured me would come outSo if they don't want me back on there property then they need to give me money back so I can have this fixed somewhere else

Our response in regards to Complaint ID *** is as follows:
Dream Street Graphics completed an install of spider graphics on a can am for this client on August 7, 2015. This client called Dream Street Graphics on August 17, 2015, explaining that she just
realized her graphics were very slightly off center. We explained to the client that she was more than welcome to bring the can am back to our store, and have us look at the graphics. The client was still unhappy and wanted to speak with the owner. Our owner was in a training meeting with another employee at the time, and was unable to speak with her at that moment. The client did however get to speak with our Operating Manager, Tim ***. Shortly after the phone call ended, this client’s husband showed up at Dream Street Graphics, without the can am. The client’s husband was irate, and had his voice raised when “speaking” with our Operating Manager. Our Operating Manager politely asked him to leave the building. The client’s husband was uncooperative and had to be escorted out, by the Owner and Operating Manager. The client’s husband continued to be disruptive with personal threats against the Operating Manager. The client’s husband wanted to know what time the Manager was off work, because he was “going to be back to kick his *** A dream street employee had to call the Beech Grove Police Department due to the disturbance of the client’s husband. The police units that arrived were Unit #***, Unit #***, and Unit #***. The client’s husband did speed off once he knew the police were on their way. The Beech Grove Run #***. Dream Street Graphics did not press charges against the client’s husband, however; we do refuse service to both the client and her husband at this time.
I have attached pictures of the decals we installed and our employees cleaning the can am after install. There was a customer witness inside Dream Street Graphics at the time of this event as well. If you would like any other details, we would be happy to provide those to you

situation as we have a meeting set at 10 AM on Thursday, May 3, 2018, at our location in Indianapolis, IN.  At this meeting we plan to examine the vehicle with the customer and itemize every single issue that he feels needs to be addressed.  Our wish is to address any issues he may have, and hopefully turn this situation around to create a happy customer.   We have expressed interest in resolving his concerns from the beginning, and will be happy to keep you posted on the progress.   Thanks,

I didn't sign any papers agreeing to anything. The only thing  And I have emails as well for the whole conversation about what and where I wanted things. The only thing they were removing in the pictures were the logos that they didn't remove the first time or the ones they put on there self that wasn't suppose to be there anyways. And yes in doing that they did scratch my wind shield! My emails show the kind of work they do and how crappy it is I couldn't even get a decent proof and the only proof that I did receive I responded it was incorrect! So yes I want a full refund! The women in the pictures that worked there told my husband if there was any problems to bring it back and they would take care of it. I wasn't inspecting the motorcycle due to the fact I was in a hurry and they knew that I only had them remove the stickers that wasn't suppose to be there in the first place per the emails. I want a full refund or I a willing to take legal matters. I do have pictures and emails to back up everything as well!!!
