Please do yourself a favor and stay away. These machines are hit and miss, at best! Wetcap system is a farce. I have had constant issues with this machine in the past 6+ months and I got it brand new! Omniprint has replaced MANY parts in less than 6 months. Not normal for any new machine. Salesman sold me a bridge. Feel free to contact me for the detailed history of ALL of my Omniprint issues. I am in the process of making an honest website and youtube video about these issues. I found out that it is hard to get an honest review about these machines in the major forums because they are run by all of those in the industry so there is a buddy system there and they actually take down unfavorable reviews. I thought I was getting a good machine because I could not find any unfavorable reviews. Now I know why! I have met others online that do share my troubles and they are also encouraged to be social media silent or they will get no further help from Omniprint. I will eat my $20k defect machine and warn others rather than be bullied! Consider yourselves warned. Do feel free to contact me directly for images of texts and emails legitimately showing my continuous issues. .

response as I believe the answer I received from OmniPrint went into my spam folder. I am writing this letter to reject their answer. I am still experiencing problems with the FreeJet Printer and have emailed them various times and either no answer, or I get told by them that dealing with a new machine you are going to incur mistakes which will cost me money.
