you came out and used a product to breakdown the sealer because their was too much applied in the first place The decision was made to keep putting sealer down in the hope that the color we wanted would appear It never has plus the bubbling is still on the cement It's time to take responsibility and not blame the sealer manufacturer Also, we were told you have already contacted the manufacturer about months ago We need a qualified person out here to look at the cement and provide options to us on resolution The stairs also need the sand grout put down again because it has brokendown Vinton texted me he has told you several times that we still have issues I sent Vinton pictures already

Omniscape has been to my home and fixed the issue. Their management clearly wanted this issue to be handledI do hope they have learned that past customer's calls and e-mails need to be answered.thank you for your helpit was great*** ***

HI all,I have not been updated as to any issues with the above matter only that we went out and resealed the patio due to the sealer having condensation and bubbling. If there is more that needs completed we will need to involve the sealer manufacture to see what they want completed as it is
their product that is failing. I will reach out to the manufacture this week to see what they would like completed. If there are any other issues please feel free to email me directly with pictures of the items and I will get those scheduled to be completed immediately for you. [email protected]

HI,We can schedule it for the week of April 17th.  That week should have temperatures high enough to ensure a proper sealing.  If the weather is not warm enough yet we can reschedule the following week as needed.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, it has not been resolved, only scheduled to be resolved in the spring of 2017 when the weather breaks.  I will revisit this complaint in the spring as they should be resolving this issue then.
