This client began the service by asking the stylist if she was going to put voodoo on her air and make it fall outShe did call the corporate office with the complaint that the stylist put voodoo on her hair and that her hair was falling outI, the regional manager, did return the call to the number that was givenThe phone said that the number I had dialed was not accepting callsI would be happy to refund the client her money if she is not satisfied with her service, however our stylist did not do anything to cause her hair to fall out

Ms *** received her service at our Willowbrook location on 6/6/As the regional manager, I had received a message to call Ms *** I left her a message and gave her my cell number to return the callI was not made aware of the situation until receiving a call 6/30/I immediately
researched the clients file and saw that she did not have a refund processed, but there was a ticket in which they reversed the service and subtracted cashThat is when I asked her if she had been told that they were going to have the amount in cash at the salonWhen Ms *** said no, I went back to our accounting department and gave them the credit card number that Ms *** had given me at that timeWe immediately processed the refundI also gave Ms *** my cell number and told her to contact me if she had any problemsOn 7/1/I received a voice mail form Ms *** stating that the money had not been credited and that she was going to contact the Revdex.comI called our accounting department and they verified that the credit had been processed on our end on 6/They said that perhaps it may take another business day for her bank to process the creditI called Ms *** at the number she provided and spoke with her, letting her know that the credit was processedI realize that this process has taken way too longI have offered to send Ms *** a Gift Card in the amount of her original service ($217) which includes the amount we refundedI again asked her to contact me with a good address to send the cardI am very sorry that it had to come to her contacting the Revdex.comThis process should have been taken care of the first day she called to notify them she felt she was overcharged

number that was given. The phone said that the number I had dialed was not accepting calls. I would be happy to refund the client her money if she is not satisfied with her service, however our stylist did not do anything to cause her hair to fall out.
