I was a member in good standing (supervisor) with Omnitrition.I was suspended for an issue that was not a violation of their distributor aggreementCalled to talk with customer service about a delivery issue. The person I spoke with would not help resolve the issue. A few weeks later I was contacted by [redacted] who told me I was abusive to the operator. I explained what happened and what the discussion was, denying the allegations. [redacted] threatened me with suspension and berated me in emails. I responded saying "you are going to suspend me for being abusive but it is okay to be abusive to me?" She then suspended me for replying to her email which is NOT a violation of my distributor agreement. I then was suspended for 2 months which prevented me from ordering and denied me access to my downline and customer information. In January I tried to order as the suspension should have been lifted but was not able to gain access. I contacted the company several times to address this issue and was told to put it in writing. I did and emailed it to Fallon who is the vise president's assistant. I did not hear back. I called many more times to no avail. I was always sent to voicemail where I left a message which was never returned. I received emails from my upline (the person responsible for helping me build my business)[redacted]...she said she would look into it. Havent heard back. Her husband Stiles Peet contacted me last week...same claims of helping me but instead deleted me from the business group. By suspending me the company has essentially stolen my customers and distributors and cut me off from my 600.00 - 1200.00 per month check which was my sole means of support. I had quit my job to more fully develop this business and was doing well...but when I was not allowed to order I then lost the ability to collect the income from the six levels that I had a right to...and was only cut a check for income earned on my personally sponsored distributors. Now they have even stopped sending me a check on that.Desired SettlementI would like to have my distributorship reinstated and a check for the earnings that my group that I developed generated over that time that I was cut off (November 2013 through present). The company also tried to give my personally sponsored distributors to another distributor claiming "She hasnt been doing the business." The person who wanted to join insisted they sign her under me....but they tried to convince her that she didnt want to do that. Appparently this is common practice...stealing other people's distributors and customers.

I ordered my product April 1, 2015 and the package has yet to be shipped out. Representative stated I will be not refunded for my delivery service.I ordered my product April 1, 2015 with an estimated delivery date of Saturday or Monday. Currently, my package has yet to be shipped out. I called customer service and the rep stated that they are behind on orders and do not have an estimated time of arrival. I ordered the product by the time I needed it to start my rounds. The rep had no remorse and was very non-nonchalant. She also stated that I will not get refunded on my $8.75 delivery charge. Desired SettlementI will prefer expedited shipping or a refund on my delivery.Business Response [redacted]Document Attached[redacted]This customer placed her order on 4/1/15. Orders can take 2 to 3 days for processing before being shipped out. Her order was shipped on 4/3/15, and her shipping method was standard ground which means from our location in Reno, NV it would take up to 5-7 days to reach the customer in Chicago, IL. The package was delivered on 4/9/15. This falls in the allotted 5 to 7 days for standard shipping. Please see the attached order, shipping, and delivery date. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

Refused to refund unopened product due to me being a distributor.I just received my product yesterday and I had decided I did not want to do another round. I called this morning and asked how I could do a refund. I was informed since I was a distributor that I could only do an exchange. I stated then I did not want to be a distributor any longer and would not be renewing my membership next month. I was then informed that I would have to submit a notarized letter of resignation to get my refund. I think this is [redacted]. The product is unopened, never used and still in the box. I just changed my mind.Desired SettlementI want them to accept my return and refund all of my money, including the cost to ship it back!Business Response This individual became a distributor with Omnitrition on April 4th of 2014. Upon doing so, she signed a document stating that she read and understood our rules and regulations. Over a year later, she wanted to return unused product for a full refund including shipping costs. This violates Omnitrition's rules and regulations. The attached document contains the policies that can be found in the rules and regulations. C-6 for Voluntary resignation, G-3 for Resignations and Returns, and G-2 pertaining to quality assurance.

I wanted to return the products the products I purchased from Omnitrition on June 25th, 2015. The company claims to have a 30 day refund policy. I am in that window. I tried to return the products to my distributor who was pushy with medical advise. Medical advise is not the job of the distributor. Advise is and I understand that she does not want to lose the business but I don't want to be pushed around. She is not close enough for me to just go and return the products to her. And she has made me feel uncomfortable and I do not want to be around her.My doctor does not want me to be on this protocol. I just want my money back. I need a refund on Discover of 254.25.
