I am currently residing at the omro motel in omro I agree to pay for a month and the front desk told me for an average room it'll be $750 and for a plus-size room it would be $850 I have currently paid him about $600 my first payment I paid him $300 my second payment as of today February 21st of 2020 I pay them another $300 so I was on the conclusion that I only owed him $150 but after I paid him he told me that I owe him 700 more an and I asked him why he said the room is $900 for the average and it's going to be 1200 for the plus size and I told him you told me 7:50 and he keeps ripping me off and giving me the runaround and I have a pregnant fiance I got to keep a roof under and I don't know what to do and he would not write or take note of any payments made as soon as out of paying him he would have go out leave and come back and I will note that he will not write anything down
This customer threatened my wife. The customer had no money. He owes money for staying here. He broke all the mirrors and trashed the room so damages equals more.
Hi this is the manager from omro motel in omro. This is in context to a complaint against my Motel. Complaint numbers ***.The customer didn't stayed for more then 2 weeks, 10 days to be exact but had the key with them and cleared the room after 14 days. On top of that they did a hell lot of damage in the room. They asked for monthly rates so I gave them those rates. But then they wanted to pay in parts so I told them either they pay everything at one go or can go by the week or weekly rates.They paid $250/- when they checked in. Then gave me $100 wen their rent was due and another $100 next day. But they checked out after 3 days. And they wanted refund to which I said I can refund $50 back coz they stayed 3 nights. They say $1200 for a month dat too in winter time and in wisconsin, do you think those rates for a small independent motel like ours are reasonable. Its winter time for God sake. They claim to have paid $600 when they checked in, well guess what they paid $250. I have their signed registration card to prove it. You can see $750 which they claim I told them, but then they only had $250 and it doesn't work dat way. So it was corrected to $250 for a week.Those were scammers trying to scam. I know the kind. Usually I dont respond but liars n scammers need to be exposed.They even complained the health dept. Who eventually squashed their complaint. Also I have pictures of the damage they have done to my room but I dont want to go there.Thanks
