In February of 2016, the owner of Omveria, ***, came to our offices to sell his business service that provides marketing of businesses through use of Omveria's special "app service." His representations to *** were that his business would design and host an app for our business, then would follow up with *** with "weekly content and supporta weekly call from our content and promotional team to ensure timely updates." This is the exact statement that is on the contract that he brought us to sign We signed his contract and paid him $that day for use of Omveria's electronic photo frame (approximately inches in size), as well as for twelve months of Omveria's service and promotions for ***'s business
