I am rejecting this response because: the manifold has already been fixed due to me taking them to a machine shop locally and having them plainedIts the down pipe now that will not line up in my car on the passenger sideThe passenger side down pipe needs replaced not the manifold Regards, [redacted]

We shipped the entire turbo system to the customer and have ups delivery proof that we did so You can track the packages Via *** If the product is returned, we can credit the customer back Without the product being returned to us, we are not able to provide a refund On Performance shipped and delivered the product ordered: [redacted] [redacted]

It costs us nothing for the service so I cannot cover expenses for machines we run and use I would have around $shipping back and forth on it, I will cover $ Generally we will not cover anything as we need to be the one performing the service to guarantee its done right and that someone doesnt complicate the situation already

Today I received a photo of the header on a flat edge from this customer It does look like after the welding process, the far edge was not plained completely flat This is a simple fix for us, as we told the customer, the header just needs to be shipped back We can simply plain
the header flat for him The problem is a simple fix and I personally have emailed the customer telling him we will fix the issue I just need the header back to perform the serviceThanks

the entire kit is not defective, thats just not even something I will cover as its exaggerated So far from this customer I have received two different issues that he has The boost controllers were back ordered when his kit shipped, those have since shipped so he does have the full
turbo system The 2nd issue Im aware of is the header clearance to the steering shaft I have emailed the customer asking about motor mounts, thats the only thing that could get the engine closer to the steering shaft If they are not stock mounts(which is what we designed the kit around), they will need swapped back to stock to get the clearance needed I want to keep this short as he mentioned he has filed a card dispute so there is really no need for me to waste time here as that is all it is Im willing to help and thats what Im here for but Im not given the chance and filing a dispute here or with a card company surely won't get the kit on the car either.Should you decide to seek my assistance, you can email me directly at *** which you already have I have messaged you about the bc and the engine mount questions Thanks

There is a current claim placed with ups on your shipment They are going to process a claim and they cover $per package When they finalize the claim, we can get you the credit they apply, be aware they are covering $total for the tracking numbers we shipped

Then you would have to send me the downpipe to verify fitment on a jig here if you are requesting it to be replaced if you think something is wrong Every pipe is welded on the same exact fixture so there are not any variations from one downpipe to another If it would be any different, we can replace it

I am rejecting this response because: okay so ups says that on3 didn't put insurance on the packages when shipped so that's why only 300$ is being refunded. So I guess I'm going to have to fully hire a lawyer to go after on3 sense I never received my product and they shipped it but didn't insure it so now I'm out he money for it for them bein cheap and not insuring a expensive order...

I am rejecting this response because: I do not want to ship back products at my expense and wait for completion, a partial refund would be acceptable and I will have the work done locally.I purchased a kit and received defective products, I should not have to pay for those!

It costs us nothing for the service so I cannot cover expenses for machines we run and use.  I would have around $40 shipping back and forth on it, I will cover $40.  Generally we will not cover anything as we need to be the one performing the service to guarantee its done right and that someone doesnt complicate the situation already.

If the manifold needs replaced, it would just need sent back.  I will evaluate the manifold that you have, if it cannot be plained and it is deemed defective, we will replace it.  This is a very simple issue for us to fix.  ThanksChad

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.   I went ahead and talked to a local shop that does many different brand turbo setups. They have seen what im talking about with all of them. I just had to cut the flange off and have it tig welded at the angle it needed to be. According to them its a common thing. Its taken care of now though.
