On-Call Heating Air Duct Cleaning

Hired the company to replace an out of date 4 ton air conditioner with a 2 ton unit and a 2 ton mini-split. The job was supposed to take 2 days but ended up taking 4 days. The job was completed 1 May 2017. The next day I had to call them back because the new unit in the attic had frozen do to being low on Freon. The very next day I had to have them return because the coil drain line was leaking on my son's ceiling. On 4 May I had to call yet again because the coil drain was still leaking on my son's ceiling. After they said it was fixed correctly I decided to look at the finished product in my attic for myself. I found there was still several parts, big and small, from the old unit still up there, they had removed almost every board that was nailed down for movement in the attic, had moved chunks of insulation when they were looking for a non-existent 12 volt line, the air handler was setting unsecured on 2x4s, there is an electrical box unsecured with a bare wire showing, and the attic vent they were removing to have easier access to the attic was install upside down. I did write a 2 star review on thumbtack.com where I found them on 13 Jun 17 which they responded to on quickly by saying "*** sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with our service. This install was very difficult in an attic where we could not even stand. Which you had a full basement where this furnace install could have went but you wanted to save on replacing much needed existing duct work. We also installed a mini split heat pump system that works efficiently. We tried to meet a set out timeline but this system was at least 40 years old and the working conditions made it impossible.Our work is backed by a 2 year warranty please feel free to give us a call like you've done previously we will be glad to still serve you." On July 4th I called them because I had water leaking from my return air vent and sent them a text message with a video of the leak. On 8 July I called and left a voicemail stating I went into the attic and couldn't see any water anywhere including the drain line. On 10 July I called, left a voicemail, and a text message. I called on the 12th, 3 times on the 13th, once on the 14th and once on the 15th; all going to voicemail. I finally found a second number to the other guy who helped with the install and called him on the 15th and he said he said the other guy would call me by late afternoon on the 17th July. at 6:28pm on the 17th I called the second guy leaving a voicemail stating if I don't get a call very soon setting up a time to fix my issue I would be putting a dispute in with the Revdex.com. I have yet to have any further communication from them.
